I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Telly, one of the staff members who always goes above and beyond. Showers are constantly dirty and malfunctioning.
The last three times I went to this planet fitness the shower curtains were stuck together with some slimy substance which appears to be mold, lights were out in one of the showers (total fall risk), and water occilates between between fridged and boiling hot (in all three showers). Very rude guy at the front desk that disrespected my religious views when I explained them to them.
I've been a planet fitness member for years and will probably be canceling my membership after this.
I'll be notifying corporate of this extremely poor example of planet fitness as a brand, and I'll be contacting the state health department to report the terrible health condition of the shower curtains/ lack of hot water.

The equipment and machines are well maintained and clean. The whole gym is very clean.
There are a range of different people here with many different fitness levels and, as someone getting back to the gym after my 3 kids are older, I feel very comfortable here.
The staff is friendly and helpful when I have questions and the spa area is great to use after a long work out.
