It is a great place they have a ton of workout equipment and they are nice. They have spray bottles and paper towle so people can clean off the equipment they just used. It is a nice place to go where no one judges you and they have a hydro bed and tanning beds.

I am a loyal Planet Fitness follower. My wife and I have been coming to this location whenever we visit friends and family in the area. However, I was shocked by an incident that occurred this morning.
My wife shared her Black Card Guest Pass with me and I lagged behind her when we checked in. I checked in and proceeded to the Mens locker room. Shortly after entering the locker room I heard a female voice yell “Female entering.” I turned to look and saw the employee that checked me in. She immediately approached me and asked for the name of the Black Card holder who shared the pass with me. I gave her the name and she turned and left. Afterwards I approached her at the front desk and asked her if everything was okay. She said it was fine and that it was always awkward when that happens.
Her answer implied that she was given training to follow this exact process.
I support management’s policy to confirm members are following the rules but I also believe the employee training should include instructions to give an immediate apology to the guest and any of the other men that were in the locker room when the female employee entered.
I love Planet Fitness but this incident has; unfortunately, lowered my opinion of the management of this particular location.

The staff are very friendly and remember your name. They assist with any questions I have and make sure to keep the gym clean. The equipment is spaced out well and I enjoy the layout in comparison to other Planet Fitness locations I’ve been to. The locker rooms are also kept tidy.

Awesome gym! I travel quite a bit and wanted to check out this Planet Fitness as I’ve been to a lot before! I was a little confused on where some of the stuff is, but Vanessa at the front desk was super helpful and kind even though i constantly kept asking for things haha! Very clean and neat gym, I love the layout! Keep being great! 👍🏼

I absolutely love coming to Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whether it’s greeting you with a smile or helping with equipment questions, they’re always on top of things.
The atmosphere is positive and non-judgmental, which makes working out here a genuinely enjoyable experience. I really appreciate the variety of equipment and how easy it is to find what I need, even during busier hours.

I’m a truck driver and parking is my first concern, no issues here. Front parking lot does have no overnight parking signs and I just stopped in for a workout so I’m not sure about out back. Hot shower, cold water fountain, clean location and all equipment was good. I’d come back if I’m in the area

We are traveling and stopped at this planet fitness. Staff was so nice and friendly. Showers were extremely clean. And the hydromassage chair was exactly what I needed after sitting in the car for the last 2 days for 12 hrs at a time. If I ever find myself here again I will for sure be stopping by! Loved it! It felt like a spa!

We tried to sign up for a membership last night. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and not friendly. We had asked for a tour of the facility, which was subpar to say the least. Consisted mostly of responses like "here's the QR code. It's on the app." We had no intention of working out but rather just to do paperwork. We had our young kids with us, who were sitting calmly at one of the tables waiting. We were told they needed to leave immediately, even though they were never unattended.
I've been to the gym before. I like the set up, the extras that come with the black card membership and the hours, which is why I'm giving even 2 stars. However, when we dont feel welcome and are given attitude, it's hard to justify spending money at the place.

For starters the worker thst was working was rather rude to my friend and I and I would have brushed that off but then while we were getting ready to leave the gym in the locker room… we smelt a strong scent of weed and the only one who came out of the bathroom was that worker. I am unsure of her name but she is blonde with glasses. Getting high at work is not okay. I will be reporting this elsewhere aswell once I go back and get her name.
