I have been a member of this gym for about 8 months. Iv had no issues up until I went in to cancel my membership today. I called ahead of time to make sure the gym was staffed before coming in to cancel but got no answer. When I arrived, no one was at the front desk so I waited. A gym member saw me waiting and came over to me to let me where the staff member/owner? was. I walked up to her and asked if she worked here and if she could help me. She said only if it’s “super quick, like one minute” in a VERY loud and annoyed tone. I told her I just wanted to cancel my gym membership. She must have been annoyed that I came in without an appointment to cancel the membership because she kept asking when I called. Also, since when do you even have to make an appointment to cancel a membership? They require you to come in person, so anytime the gym is staffed should be reasonable. I told her that I tried to call twice but no one answered. She continued to snap at me and raise her voice throughout conversation. I asked “If no one answers the phone, how am I supposed to make an appointment?” She told me “You have quite the attitude young lady” She also yelled at me for using the pen on the screen “too hard” after she was repeatedly telling me to hurry up and press “OK” when it wasn’t going through. Then as I pressed it harder to try to make it go through, she gets mad at me pressing it too hard and yells “NOT THAT HARD”. It was unbelievable and I was in total shock at her extreme behavior. I will pray for her. You can tell that this person is very unhappy with herself to treat others in such a manner, especially a person she doesn’t know and who’s done nothing to wrong to her. Do not recommend this gym!!!

Tried to sign up and the lack of communication was absolutely insane! I asked for pricing and they couldn’t even give me that! I wanted to go here because it is only a couple blocks from my home but due to no one getting back to me and inconsistent messaging I signed up with a gym that is 15 min away. Note to the owner, post your pricing online. Most people don’t want a trainer or to spend $200 a month in a gym. All I wanted was to go in and use the machines on my own 3x a week! I guess this was too hard for the simpleton to understand.

New/potential patrons please read (2023)

Preferred Fitness Muskego has taken a bit of a turn. It was nice and respectful for most of 2022 when i was going regularly.

Lately it has become much worse. Im not sure if its news years resolutioners, or a change in management. But the afternoon crowd of patrons has become disruptive. The staff is lackadaisical. Which i believe has enabled this behavior. I have witnessed staff members allowing patrons in and around staff areas. Which is fine, just sets a precedent for less than reputable gym goers. Hopefully new management(?) can turn this around? It wasn't like this in 2022. Not notably anyway.

Edit: Management has achieved getting the children to wear shirts consistently.

Edit2: Canceled my membership 4 months ago. Still getting charged. Immature business to say the least. Sign up at your own risk.

I love it because it's close, right off of Janesville, next to Pick n Save, and it's a 24 hour gym. Lots of weight training equipment, and cardio machines. Smells clean (unlike some gyms) and they have lockers and showers.

The Staff are very nice, gym is very clean, equipments great. Only problem I had with this gym was the doors were locked when I tried getting in on Saturday (hours 7:00am-2:00pm). When I tried opening the doors at 1:07 pm it was already closed with no staff.

Terrible, My son went to the Boot Camp that they have in the summer. We got there and the person at the front desk was on her phone. We went to the room and I was watching him stretch and he could not get down all the way and he told me that Laura told the whole class to call him "Sally". And when they were doing the exercises Laura would say "C'mon couch potatos!!". Another time he showed up for a class, Laura nor Edward were there, no one was at the front desk either. The person who was supposed to be there was working out. So the whole class was a free for all throwing equipment everywhere. I will never go here again. Take your money to an actually qualified gym like The Princeton Club.

Best gym in the area hands down. I've been a member almost since the day they opened and I still am because it's the only real gym you'll find. No pool. No courts. No platforms for all the Crossfit stuff. What Ed and Laura do have is a large amount of machines for those members not ready for the back of the gym. In the back, even a vastly experienced athlete will find a wealth of free weights, benches, dumbbells and even a Power Rack. This gym does have a studio center for Zumba etc., tanning beds, daycare and a protein drink bar. This is a traditional gym and any gym goer or not knows what that is! Thanks Ed and Laura!

Probably the worst gym in the city! Staff never greets or helps you. Owners are subprofessionals and do not know how to communicate. When calling to ask staff how to discontinue my membership I was told to email at the email address they gave me. The owners NEVER look at their email and thus the charges keep coming out.After taking to owner he was rude and angry. He gave me another email to use. Surprisingly that email was full and not accepting any more emails. Who runs a business like this?

This is by for the worst organization I have ever dealt with, they are rude, scammers and they LIE something awful. They dont care about their customers they are just looking for a contract and then they treat you like crap!!! Both the owner and manager have serious anger issues, My husband and I have BOTH dealt with their anger. I have been in client service for a LONG time and never in my life have seen a display of POOR customer service!! These two have serious issues. I will do everything I can to make sure the public knows what kind of people they are dealing with! If you are experiencing issues call contact 6, they have already responded to my email...hope that something gets done with their behaviors!
