About the Club

QuickHIT Fitness Labs is a personal training studio where you can workout one-on-one with an experienced trainer and get healthy and strong in less than an hour each week. We use a high-intensity training method and specialized equipment that makes our 20-minute workouts extremely efficient, effective, and safe for people of all ages and fitness levels.

I am not a gym person! QuickHIT - Green Bay is an awesome place to go to lose weight. Two 20 minute workouts a week with a trainer who makes sure you are working out correctly and helps with your nutrition. Dayshawn and Emily are amazing to work with!
