I help individuals learn to how to sustain weight loss and improved strength by learning healthy lifestyle change habits that can applied for their entire life. I work mainly with clients looking to lose 10-75lbs, or looking to be "leaner and stronger" or simply get in better shape! Along with my one on one personal training, small group training and online training I provide extensive nutritional guidance.

I have been working with Ryan for a little over a year. My goal when I started was simple: I wanted to get stronger. After having 2 babies, and not putting myself first, my body was not strong and I didn’t feel great. I really enjoy Ryan’s coaching style. He is consistent, reliable, and realistic. There is no shame when we need to adapt or change a routine because of how the body is feeling. Because of that, I have changed my own mindset around fitness and what it means to me to be active. I was never an athlete and never enjoyed exercise before. Now, I lift 3 days a week, and crave those workouts. I feel so much better. I am so much stronger. I love seeing my progress week to week and month to month. I started as an online coaching client and then switched to weekly in person about halfway through my journey and I have no plans on quitting. In the photo attached, I am roughly the same weight in both photos, but you can see the difference in tone. The before picture is about 4 months before I started working with Ryan and the after is today (about 18 months difference in time). If you are looking to feel better and stronger and prioritize your health, I highly recommend training with Ryan! There’s a reason he has so many long term clients. He is fantastic.

I highly recommend working with Ryan! I’ve been a client for a year and a half and I’ve definitely hit a majority of my goals already. Ryan works with you so you truly understand the purpose of the workout plans he provides you. Each plan is tailored to your specific goals and ability. Ryan’s workout space is private, so the gym anxiety of wandering eyes is not an issue. He truly care about each individual client.

Just want to give a quick shout out to Ryan. Working with him over half a year now has been humbling, exciting, hard, and great. He really listens to you and goes at your pace while balancing that line of pushing you to move forward with your goals.
I’ve learned a LOT about myself mentally and physically. I’ve lifted as heavy as I ever have and have been crushing my body composition changes which is what I wanted from the start (to see the muscle)! And this is only the start of my journey! We are now adjusting my goals and I’m excited to have him help me with becoming a hybrid athlete.
My husband now works with him also! I guess you could say we are big supporters and a full Right Body Fitness household!

I have been working with Ryan for a year. Since then I have lost weight and inches. More importantly I gained strength and confidence. When I started working with Ryan a year ago, my knees and shoulder hurt and my movement was limited. I am now pain free and more mobile and agile. Ryan is professional and dedicated to his clients. He meets you where you are and is very patient. Since working with Ryan, my mood, attitude and physical abilities have greatly improved! He is extremely knowledgeable and has a true love for what he does. Ryan is an amazing, dedicated personal trainer. He has thought me so much in the past 6 months of working together. His knowledge and experience in both nutrition and exercise have had such an a positive impact on my journey. He is professional, hard working and does a great job at developing a plan of exercises, nutritional recommendations which fit into my lifestyle in order help me successfully reach my goals. He is all about safety, attention to details, adaptions and accountability. Each week, he develops a new plan for me which includes nutrition and exercise goals. Ryan checks in with me multiple times each week to answer questions, provide support/encouragement and to keep me accountable to myself. It is unbelievable how much stronger I am. Ryan is an AMAZING personal trainer! He is KNOWLEDGEABLE in building exercises and nutrition goals for you. I have been working with Ryan for nearly two years. Ryan creates realistic plans to help you achieve your fitness goals. Tailored to my schedule and lifestyle, my first year was hybrid training (i.e. once a month one-on-one training with virtual check-ins throughout the month). He incorporates your needs as he creates your plans (i.e. working 60+ hours and out-of-town, etc.). As a result, even when life gets hectic, I didn’t lose motivation to get healthier.
Currently based in Seattle, I continue to work with Ryan through on-line coaching (second year). As always, if you have a question, you can count on Ryan with a timely response. He provides advice and feedback like in-person one-on-one training. It is like having Ryan right there with you! From this training option, my overall fitness has continued to improve tremendously (evidence through tracking and check-ins). I am stronger, run faster, more confident in my body, and most importantly, more knowledgeable about my nutrition choices. His passion for fitness and overall health is contagious. Ryan has a genuine passion for what he does. I am a college student who was in need of some exercises that could be used for physical therapy purposes. I go to college out of state and can’t get into a rehab center in the area I am at. So, I contacted him to see if he would be willing to educate me so that I have stuff to work on while at college to help avoid another surgery. He was more than willing and helped me out by giving me both exercises and education on the human anatomy to help me understand the importance of what I need to do. I am very grateful and recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking to strengthen their body. The atmosphere of his facility is also very welcoming and comfortable.

I’ve been working with Ryan a while now and his training model is awesome. He has a great balance of nutrition and fitness training. I know what to eat to be healthy and maintain long term goals. He does not promote anything restrictive. It’s a lifestyle change and not a diet. His training style made me comfortable with free weights and I am no longer “nervous “ to go into my gym alone to train and maintain. The progress I have made in my weight loss, fitness and nutrition goals this year has been amazing. Ryan is a great personal trainer! The workouts that he puts together are creative, hard, sometimes fun, and gets you the results you want(If you put the time and effort into it of course lol!). Not only does Ryan write workouts and has sessions with you but he constantly works hard to give updates to all his clients on all things fitness and healthy eating. His blog posts, social posts, emails are all relevant and worth a read if you are taking a serious fitness journey. One major thing I like about Right Body Fitness is that his location is NOT in the middle of a crowded gym. It’s secluded and private. No need to worry about people looking at you or “judging” you. I recommend Right Body Fitness to anyone who is looking to start/continue on their fitness journey!

Ryan has truly helped to change my life for the better!! He has helped me to have fun with exercise progressions instead of being afraid of the barbells!!!
