Love the small town gym with big town gains. The gym is always clean, with wide variety of equipment. I typically spin with Shanda or hit a dreadmill on occasion. My daughter also loves the gym. Very safe, clean, and perfect for the community.

Fantastic environment, everyone is so friendly. Even at 5 AM when preparing to get your butt kicked at a Spin Class. You’ll feel so welcome, likely get a laugh in, if there is a spin class going on either from participating yourself or watching the participants suffer.. I mean workout.. But seriously, the environment and the people make working out fun.. even the cardio. Can’t recommend enough.

I love walking into the gym…the smell 🤪, the people, the classes! It is spotless! I cannot miss a class with my spin crew! I didn’t know anyone there when I first walked in. I’ve made so many friends that I truly cherish! I always look forward to the “friendly” 😏 🫢 banter before we get serious! Best (and worst 😜) spin instructor EVER, Shanda! 😍 I’d give a hundred stars if I could! Don’t ever be afraid to walk into this gym! You are guaranteed to feel welcome at any age, size, or fitness level! 💪
