Roots Yoga and Healing is a unique combination of healing arts promoting wellness for the mind and body. Our studio is located in Algoma, Wisconsin, just a few blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan.

On a Friday morning, my sister and I took a drive to attend a yoga class at Roots Yoga and Healing. The yoga studio is warm and welcoming. The staff is inviting, friendly, and welcoming. The class was restorative and easy to follow along. Thank you to Roots for the great experience! We will be returning again.

I โค Roots Yoga Algoma gentle yoga class! Yoga practice is good for strength, balance, focus and flexibility. Practicing meditation allows my mind a well deserved break from my to-do list. Learning breathing and concentration techniques gives you tools to feel calm in stressful situations. Yoga is so useful! Jamie is a knowledgeable, kind and gentle teacher. She has a pleasant voice, smells nice, and is pretty too! ๐Ÿ˜„
