Great space! However, all equipment is severally outdated and needs some serious TLC. Most cardio machines are 10yrs old+ and aren't fully functioning. The location has tons of potential, but the owner hasn't taken any measures to make improvements despite suggestions and inquires by members.

My husband has been trying to cancel his gym membership here for 6 MONTHS now and we continue to get charged. He has spoken to local staff and corporate several times without any resolution! Everyone keeps telling us his account is closed and there should be no other issues, yet we continue to see automatic payments taken from our account each month. This is getting ridiculous! We want this resolved immediately and want a refund!

I canceled my membership. They confirmed that they canceled it. They continue to charge me and won’t respond to any of my emails. There’s never anyone at the club. And no one ever answers the phone. This establishment is by far the worst gym experience and customer service I’ve ever had.

Didn’t get a tour or one mention of the free training session I was supposed to receive as a part of signing up. Continue to get emails for no signup fee, but they refuse to refund mine despite receiving an offer the day after I signed up. Now they don’t answer the phone or emails. I can only assume all Snap facilities are this bad.

Gym is clean and maintained well. Plenty of room. 1 star given due to the poor customer service received. In July 2020, I signed up through my Tivity Health program which bills me personally rather than Snap, Anytime, etc. The employee was unaware of what the program was and mistakenly charged me $84 for their typical member initation. The owner promptly reversed the charge after I'd reached out.

4 months went by and then I began being charged again and was charged the past 4 consecutive months totally over $200. I had forgotten that Snap was part of the Tivity Health program, so before I remembered that I reached out to cancel my membership. Then I remembered I never should have been charged and realistically there was no need for me to cancel my membership.

Now I've had over $200 essentially stolen from me and they refuse to do the right thing after kindly emailing them an ample amount of information including bank statements to show the mischarges.

Definitely not the kind of customer experience you'd expect from Snap Fitness.

I highly recommend Snap Fitness New Richmond. Natalie makes you feel like family. She is warm, welcoming, and so positive! Her passion to help others and change lives is represented in her work ethic. If you are looking for a gym that will hold you accountable and has a great culture, here it is!

Well sized gym, with lots of equipment. The staff, and everyone is very friendly. People keep to themselves, and it’s nice to go to a gym where people are genuinely there to work on themselves. Highly recommend this gym.

There are three Snap Fitness gyms convenient to my day. I've gone to all three. New Richmond sets the bar. It is the farther out for me and my 1st choice. It's clean, well equipped, has classes, Wiifi, many staffed hours by knowledgeable, friendly owners/staff.. Charlie made me very comfortable while I asked questions and quickly addressed all of them. They also have personal training, seminars and an ongoing communication asking what members interests are. I've only just begun, but have quickly seen that NR is engaged in their business andmembersip.

Not the biggest selection of equipment or plate weights but everything they do have is new and in good shape, the gym is big and everything is in great shape and they have everything you need
