The gym has equipment that does not work, a lot of equipment is in bad repair, it is rarely clean, carpets torn, etc. WiFi does not work to download playlists or stream music. The plus side is the membership fee is reasonable and the gym suits my immediate needs. Not sure how much longer it will though.

I've been a member at Snap Sussex for the past few years. It's a great place to workout. I have zero complaints. The gym is well taken care of, always clean, and they have an excellent variety of workout equipment. The staff is friendly and inviting. I truely feel the owner is dedicated to making a quality environment for people to achieve their health and fitness goals!

I have been at Snap just over a month and really enjoy it. The monthly rate is super reasonable and you have options to add on other services to fit your needs. I pay to see a trainer, Katelyn, once per week and have her set up a monthly fitness plan for me so on the days I do not meet with her, I know what to do to get the best results. I love my programs and Katelyn is great! Super encouraging and supportive. She sends videos of exercises I don’t know and is available by text if I need to get a hold of her. They also offer different ways to make your payments. I am so glad I foundSnap and see myself being a long time client

Jen is an amazing owner. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I'm looking for a local fitness place that's affordable for our teenage son. He wants to learn how to "build muscle" and become stronger at swimming for his Senior year of high school Jen and her trainer Cenk have been great!

Looking forward to learning a lot about fitness, wellness and nutrition from both of them. Something he will use for a lifetime.

Ya sucks i had to give one star if it would let me they would not get one this place is a joke all young kids that work there only open from 3pm to 7pm trainer is not a real trainer has no back ground in it just back ground of boxing and if that is even true they have no clue about any real work out no nothing about any of there machines i promise drive another to blocks and go to any time fitness

Long story short, incompetent staff and owner Jen is rude. Employee charged me for my sister’s membership and then cancelled my account and deactivated my key card and my husband’s although we paid our membership for the month already. When we tried for days to get ahold of owner we finally heard from her and were told we earned this and she didn’t believe us. She finally looked into it and realized her staff was incorrect and then tried to send us new contracts.. repeatedly which we did not sign for obvious reasons. Two months of our cancelled membership later we are still being charged and snap owner and staff ignore emails regarding our cancelled account. The owner Jen finally called my husband back and is refusing to stop charging us and has our banking information stored which is abusing.

I was thinking of joining the gym and set up a meeting for the following week to ask additional questions and potentially sign up. Later that night, my sister (who was a member at the time) had her bank account drafted for MY membership ... that I never signed up for. I was supposed to meet 4 days later to decide/sign. My sister's account was charged without her consent, especially considering we don't live in the same house and wouldn't have even been able to be on the same account anyways - totally illegal. We called and emailed for days trying to reverse the charge and figure out what was going on. After FINALLY getting through to the owner, Jen, said (without looking into anything) she 'didn't believe us' but we probably 'earned this'. I don't know about you, but no one deserves being illegally charged... I now go to lake country racquet in hartland and only pay $10 more per month for new, clean equipment and friendly staff. Don't waste your time with this Snap location- it's a dump and the staff are clueless! They store your baking information and charge you at will...even after your contract ends.

Joined Snap Fitness in Sussex and was offered immediate support for my goals. Jen set me up with a trainer who is taking me there step by step. There was a very thorough initial fitness assessment provided and the heart-rate monitor combined with the Myzone app has been helpful, fun and supportive to my workouts and training. Highly recommend!

Dirty, never any paper towel or wipes on weekends. I don't think anyone has ever vacuumed and they don't turn the AC on until is about 85 degrees in the gym.

Club dirty. Men's room hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Paper towel dispenser has been detached from wall for months. Carpet dirty. Members leave notes regarding broken equipment, etc. No change that I see. Even Snap web site is down, can't send feedback:

The perfect example of why several of the local snap fitness locations are closed or on their last leg. Dirty, dingy, and very limited. How can you have a gym and no way to bench press?
