I used to love this place, but the owner isn't good at keeping her employees. Which in turn makes it difficult for members.

I just finished my 6 week challenge at Fit Body Boot Camp! It’s been a wonderful experience. I now have the skills and knowledge to continue to push towards my goals thanks to this program. The workouts at this gym are fantastic and energetic! The group setting along with the highly encouraging fitness coaches really help you to push yourself harder every time! A specific shout out goes to coach Justin for always being so positive and getting us to actually want to be there! The sessions are only 30 minutes long and things are rotated in small intervals, usually about 30 seconds, which is really helpful. You really can do anything for 30 seconds even if you don’t think you can! You push yourself hard and just when you may be feeling like you need a break, times up! The nutrition guides are super helpful and you continue to receive more recipes to try through email and on the Facebook group! The recipes are really yummy and even if you’re a really picky eater like me, there are still a lot of options and you can leave some things out of recipes 😜 I would recommend this program or a membership to anyone who is truly ready to commit to routine exercise and eating better!!

High staff turnover, and uncertified trainers. Trainers who give their two weeks, she tells them to leave that day or the next with no time for clients to properly say goodbye or acclimate to a new trainer’s methods. Be careful with what you share, as she will take your transformation pictures for her personal gains. I lost quite a bit of weight PRIOR to being a member, and she took those photos to advertise “6 week transformations” at her gym. I am now somehow blocked from leaving a review on Facebook.🤔 Makes you wonder how honest the rating is on there...

I just completed 10 weeks total at FBBC, primarily taking 4-5 classes per week ... I also stopped eating all fast food, drastically changing my poor eating habits.
... After 3 weeks of classes, I signed up for a one year membership.
... During the 6 week challenge, I lost almost 18 pounds and a total of 9 inches from my waist and hips.
... The biggest surprise for me actually occurred today during our "Plank Challenge". With a lot of encouragement, I held the plank for 3 minutes!
... Coach Ty told me that my first attempt at this test resulted in holding it for 27 seconds ... this was only 9 weeks ago!
... Absolutely shocked and so happy that I have made big strides with my ab strength in this short time.
... I have many more goals that I am working towards and am confident that I will continue to achieve more positive results.

Sun Prairie Fit Body Boot Camp helped me reach my goals! I was able to complete the 6 week challenge and was successful. I was a little apprehensive that I could do it, and a bit nervous going to the first class, but soon realized that EVERYONE there is going to support you and have a positive attitude - coaches and other boot campers! You do need to work hard and follow a good eating plan, but you can do it! I am so happy that I took on this challenge. I feel better now than I have in the past 7 years! I like that there are many class times to choose from, and everyday the workouts are different, not to mention only 30 minutes long- that's it! You can do anything for 30 minutes! Thank you to coach Ty and coach Lukas. You gave me the push I needed!

Absolute scam can not believe I lost 400$ for an advertised free boot camp lost 18lbs followed the workouts which btw they only let you work out 3 times a week during the challenge...classes are crowded can’t work out whenever you want....coaches are great but overall experience was terrible was informed after the challenge that because I didn’t loose the 20lbs you would be given no refund but for another 400$ could get a 6 month membership...way overpriced I hope people will read this and stay away

Wasn’t sure what to expect on my first day but the welcome feeling and motivation of the coach was infectious. I’m in my 3rd week of the 6 week challenge and already decided to join the FBBC family . I haven’t worked out like this in decades. The “camp” is only 30 minutes long (sometimes feels like 300 🤪) intense interval training. I’m getting to the point of converting from dreading the workout to looking forward to the workout.

Life changing experience. Fun positive place to work out. The coaches are great and helped me modify some exercises after having a hip replacement a year ago. I managed to lose over 20 lb in the 6-week challenge. I have been trying to lose 20 lbs for over 15 years.! I feel awesome!! I am definite proof that you can do this at any age, because I am 54.

The workouts were hardcore. HIIT style within 30 minutes. Coach Lukas was fun and engaging. Coach Ty kicked butts during the mornings. The only downside was lack of reliability with the monitoring devices. Body fat analyzer many variable factors such as hydration and time of day. There are two different scales; there should be two of the same scales. Other than that, I highly recommend SP FBBC.

This place is great!! If you are looking to get your fitness back on track and have fun at the same time, then this is the place to go! The trainers help you push yourself everytime while ensuring you are using proper form. I managed to lose 21 pounds in 6 weeks. Follow their meal plan (which is very well balanced) and show up to class. The pounds will take care of themselves. I would get texts from the coaches asking about my progress and how I was doing. Great support. Great atmosphere. Great results!

This place is friendly but workouts are brutal(it's a good thing). Lost 19lbs during the six week challenge. Workouts are short and effective. I didn't strictly follow the diet plan as I want be able to attain my eating habits after the challenge. But hey...look at the results! Enjoy eating clean, go through the workouts, and "finish strong" at the end of each day.

I had the best 6 weeks, lost about 14lbs and about 6% of my body fat. They have a very good management flexible timings and of all that they have best coaches who will keep you motivated. Special shout out of Lucas FBBC (coach).

Coach Lukas is awesome. He pushes you in a positive way, and his taste in music is perfect. All trainers and even the people who work out are very motivating, and it’s a great place to go if you need the extra boost of motivation.

I’ve been a member for over a year and still enjoy the workouts! The exercises are different every day and always full of energy. The coaches are always available for questions and to offer support. Everyone is there for the same reason, so there is no feeling of being judged. I would recommend at least trying a weight loss challenge if you’re unsure if this is for you. You have nothing to lose...except weight 😉
