I stumbled upon T3 Fitness through a google search when looking for a temporary place to work out while our home gym/basement is under construction. I have been going to Julie's FitClub regularly for a couple months now and plan to continue even when our home project is complete. Julie is a great instructor and has created a welcoming community at her gym. I enjoy the stations format of working out that rotates continuously. It keeps my mind and body moving so it doesn't feel like a mundane chore. I also like the ability to sign up for each individual class using the app so that I have the flexibility I need to sign up the night before, if necessary, as my schedule is always changing.

I'm coming up on my 5 year anniversary with Julie at T3 Fitness and can honestly say that it has been transformational! I'd tried other gyms/trainers, but never felt that they listened to me. I always ended up getting hurt, and so stopped working out at all. Julie is different. She listens, and modifies things as needed. She challenges me to push further and harder, but I never feel unsafe or uncomfortable. She has empowered me to become stronger, more fit, and more confident.

In the spring of 2012--I uncovered this gem of a fitness studio and I've never left. Almost 10 years later and T3 Fitness and Julie Edgar have ensured that my mind and body are functioning at optimum performance as I navigated my post-pregnancy body after my second child, and then the challenges that come with moving into our 40's and 50's. T3 is the BEST! I love my results from working one-on-one and the privacy and safety in the studio is perfect for me, even during Covid. (I sometimes do our appointments virtually, and that’s good, too)
I started 2x per week several years ago with pain in my hips and knees. After a few weeks working with Julie I noticed that I was pain-free. I am now strong, balanced, fit, a better weight and all systems are go! I turn 62 next week, and I’ve never felt better.

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU SIGN UP AT T3 FITNESS AND PREPAY FOR YOUR SESSIONS. I was there for 4 years before I had to stop due to a disability. There were 9 prepaid sessions left valued at $630. Sandi Vande Berg, the owner, refused to refund my money. She stated there are no refunds after 3 months. I texted back and forth for about 2 weeks with her stating she would definitely not refund my money. I had to contact my lawyer to get involved to resolve this issue. My lawyer contacted her stating the same reasons I had stated to her in texts; i.e., that she needs to return my money. Both I and my lawyer pointed out that there was nothing in T3’s contract stating she can keep my money. She finally sent me a check for $630. A business should be run fairly, not with the owner trying to keep someone’s hard earned money.

I heard about T3 from a friend who had heard about it from her friend. I am SO glad I did! The first class kicked my butt, but it gets easier! I went with friends and it ended up becoming a routine and a fun girls outing after awhile! The girl who taught (Manisha) was so nice and always went way out of her way to remember our names. Sandy was easy to communicate with about renewal of memberships, etc and always responded promptly. There was no "impersonal" feeling of a large gym and we actually looked forward to our Wednesday nights/Saturday mornings at T3. Very reasonably priced, fun, and we worked HARD there! Could not have asked for more! Thanks Sandy and Manisha!
