This place is awesome! Very bright, clean, affordable, and safe. Nice family bathrooms. My son loves the water slide and lazy river most. I’m happy the water is shallow enough for him to comfortably stand in without needing a flotation device. Driving 3 hours round trip is worth it!

This was my husband and my first time working out. The center was in pristine condition. Music was on to help get you motivated, yet it wasn't to loud. The thing that was the best for me was, my key worked on the first try. We work out late at night so it was really important that it worked. I've had horrible experiences with these keys at other gyms and have to turn around n go home because of it not working.
I do see us staying a life time member. Great place 👌

We rented a party room for our son's birthday and had a terrific experience! The room was very nice, had windows so you can see the pool area, and the staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend the TAG center.

Excellent facility. One thing I don't understand is the price for membership when the building is paid for, but stands in a rural community. Just a thought. It was pretty empty... Which I didn't mind.

Big party rooms. Fair price. Swimming isn't included in that price. But still cheap at 5 for an adult. I didnt pay for my daughter so idk how much that costs or if there is a price difference. But worth it, fun kiddie pool area. A area for laps a decent slide with the tunes and my daughter couldn't go on she is 38 inches right now. Still have 6 to go before able to go on that ride. Something to take into consideration for smaller kids. But a lil current loop and plenty of activities for all ages. Basketball hoop, Wonderful birthday party spot.

When I signed up for a membership at the tag center I was excited to start working out. But now every time we come in to the tag center.. The tall older guy who works there has been harassing us every time. Hes very noisy and gets in our business. When we have asked for a manager he wouldn't give us a straight answer. He told us to talk to Lisa but shes not even a manager . When i went to ask for a scale today from the boys locker room he said he cant help us. He likes to say NO to us when we have asked questions. Another thing I went to get water and the water was all yellow and brown. It looked nasty and not safe. We told Lisa at the front desk about it and she said there is rust in the water and told us to let the water sit and it would be safe to drink. Im like no way... If i drank that water I would need a tetanus shot from that water. You really need to think about going to this gym when most of the staff is rude and unprofessional with customers.

Worst gym you can possibly go to. Very rude and disrespectful staff especially the tall older guy. I think he's a custodian there but he bosses everyone around . He tries to know are business and tell us what to do when it's not and has no business telling us what to do . Today I asked him if he could help my fiancee with the scale he told me no. He is extremely rude and disrespectful he should not be there when I asked to speak with a manager he misleads me and says I should talk with Lisa. Lisa is not a manager .I don't know who to talk to. We are literally thinking about leaving the gym and going somewhere else and closing our checking accounts if things don't get resolved soon. It's not worth going to a gym to workout and relax in the pool if every single time we are disrespected and not welcomed by the same staff. Also they are having issue with the water fountains the water is golden orange when I spoke to Lisa another staff member there she told me it was the pipes and rust that I should hold the fountain down and it should be safe to drink. Are you serious hello you can die from rust ever hear of a tetanus shot. It is not safe and a inspector should check it out . Like I said if your thinking about joining this gym. Please reconsider and look for another gym. Not a good gym very unprofessional

The tag center is normally filled with nice, respectful staff but whoever they have in the pool area by the slide needs to reevaluate her job. Not once did she smile at anyone. She rolled her eyes at other coworkers, and doesn't make it fun for the kids. It's disappointing to see someone who works around so many children who hates her job.

I can't believe I'm the first to write a review! We LOVE this place...been going for about 6+ years. We have a family of 6 & at any chance, tell & bring the kids' friends! The pool is rarely crowded (I sort of like the Best Kept Secret of Mayville), it's not rediculously heated where I can't breathe & even if it's busy, it's never intolerable. It's bright, CLEAN & roomy! When the kids were younger I'd love the fact that there are NO blind spots for parents to freak if they can't see their children (SUPER plus as a parent). The limited hours of the building is a PRO & CON. Pro- there is no arguing when to leave; CON- not always convenient for schedules. But it keeps the cost down to keep this fabulous place running!!! The entire facility is ALWAYS clean. Staff is uber polite & friendly. Rates are $4-6 per person for use of pool, gym for the kids to play basketball. The weight room, track & machines is for adults (I believe) & those are NEVER crowded & always clean. Suggestion...make a cheaper rate for spectators please. I don't alway want to swim with my kids. ;) LOVE this place.
