This place is amazing! The equipment is top notch and locker room is always clean! The absolute best tho' are the people who there...they are so patience and kind. They are focused on understanding the right exercises for you no matter what age! I am almost 60 years old and my favorite thing to do is go in at 6 am and walk the area where they train future football players and the such. It's a great place to go exercise and feel comfortable and at peace. A place where you can focus on you and be blessed at the same time!

I absolutely LOVE this gym! From the moment walking, I felt welcomed and supported. Everyone is so kind, and the atmosphere is unlike any other — it’s open, uplifting, and filled with positivity. This place is an amazing gym to be a part of. It still has that local gym vibe and everyone makes you feel like part of a family. I’ve enjoyed lifting here for the last couple of months, the owners are very friendly and greet every time I come in 🙏🏼

A few things to add, they are 24/6 closed on Sundays.

Pricing is currently $38 a month with a $39 annual cleaning fee and a small activation fee of $10 if I remember correctly.

Day passes are currently set at $15.

For anyone thinking of joining, it’s worth committing to. Lots of equipment for boxing and power lifting as well as a large turf for training miscellaneous sports warmups and trials.

The Culture is a top of the art facility with a great group of well advanced, extremely educated, and experienced professionals that not only help you achieve your personal goals but also put in perspective that there’s no limits on what you can accomplish with the work you are willing to put in. The gentleman running the show ( Broden, Cam, Manny, etc. ) all have been to the next level in some shape or fashion in their field and only want to help promote and provide the necessary support you need to get you there as well. You success is what drives them, and that’s why I continue to come back. These guys are serious and if you are serious about your goals, your ambitions, your potential, then hit them up. They waiting on you!!!

I absolutely love working out at The Culture! It is such a positive atmosphere. The personal trainers are very detail oriented and the front guest greeters are always happy to help and have a great attitude. The Culture brings a new and innovate lense to how to work out with the Lord being your strength.

We are so grateful to have found The Culture! Coach Manny is excellent with our boys (11 and 9)! He is a great role model as an athlete, trainer and spiritual mentor. We highly recommend this training facility and the exceptional trainers you’ll find here.
