There have been many times where I’ve wanted to throw in the towel with the sport of bodybuilding. I struggled with it majorly. I thought that I was not made for bodybuilding at all. UNTIL I met Dan!

I started training with Dan in June 2024. I thought He would be like another trainer I had and I would be dying walking out of the gym! Dan actually takes the time to teach your proper technique and explains the purpose of the exercise. He has an app that goes over it also so you can double check you’re doing it correctly if you want. He has made exercise a positive experience for me. I have lost a total of 17.4” so far! Dan has helped me with my macros and strength training. If you are looking for a trainer, Dan is the real deal! He will set up a program for you; all you have to do is put in the work! It has been so great working with Dan the past four months!!!! It’s been a very efficient process, from applying and signing up to work with him. His workout programs are challenging, personalized and the fitness app is easy to use. He’s got a great personality, helps to hold you accountable, is very responsive and provides all the tools and resources to help clients succeed. Before working with Dan, I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted in the gym and I was lost when it came to my macros. After reaching out and joining The Driven program the results I have seen and strength I have gained in a month are insane! I highly recommend working with Dan to reach your fitness and nutrition goals. He’s very knowledgeable and will help with any questions you may have. Over the past three months I’ve worked with Dan. After not lifting weights consistently since college 20 years ago, Dan was able to develop a program and easily explain everything. He’s helped understand macros, and provides great examples of each exercise.

I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and improved my confidence as I continue this journey. Dan at Exordium Fitness has truly dedicated himself to his clients. His innovative use of a fitness app, which he introduced me to, was a game changer! The app allows me to access a wide range of training video while also participating in the Heavy Hitters program which he fully customized. Utilizing the app, Everfit, has taken my training experience to a whole new level. Whether it was learning proper form or how to do different techniques, the app was well-organized and easy to follow. It felt like having a personal library of fitness. knowledge at my fingertips. Working with Dan is extremely rewarding. Changing my diet and including regular cardio and weight training has done wonders for my overall health and wellbeing. After years of diets telling women we have to eat less, I am struggling with the concept of eating more to fuel my body. With the cleaner diet, I am not hungry as often and end up with lots of extra calories at the end of the day. There have been days where I've been thinking "ugh I have to eat more?"

After 10 weeks, I am down 20 pounds, I have gained muscle and endurance, and am feeling more comfortable using the equipment at the gym. Dan is patient, positive and encouraging and very sincere in helping me reach my fitness goals. There is no magic pill to weight loss. Dan creates plans specific to each client and if you follow the plan and put in the work you will definitely see results.

This guy is the real deal!

Four years ago I was in the best shape of my life, and because of life changes, I had lost motivation for the gym and eating healthy and gained over 40 pounds. I often tried to get back to the gym but never had the motivation and persistence it takes to get into a routine. Dan created a program specifically for me that allowed me to get back in the gym on a consistent basis and got me back in a routine. Dan is very persistent about checking up every day and asking how things are going. In my first month, I have lost over 16.5 lbs, gained back a ton of strength, and feel better than ever. I’ve regained my motivation to go to the gym and look forward to tomorrow’s lift every day. Not only have I gotten into better shape, many of my body aches and pains have gone away.
