Went to this venue for a concert. Very nice and clean. Security and workers were great. Drinks and food were not crazy high priced. Will definitely go back for another event. Seating was a little close, that could be spaced a little better. Especially for tall people. Bonus is parking was free and plenty of it.

We enjoyed the concert. Parking was convenient. The staff was very helpful and forthcoming. The facilities were clean and stocked. They even have some food available for those of us that were running late and didn't have time to eat! The reason I gave 4 stars is because whoever does the lighting for the show needs some training. Each time a guitarist stepped forward for their solo, they did so in the dark. Very dangerous if you ask me to have them step up in the dark to play. Plus, we the audience would have liked to see them better.

The amount of times I was HARASSED by staff about where my seat was for the LA Guns/Tom Keifer show is absurd. I paid good money for my seat, and stood during the show and was asked by multiple staff members to go back to my seat which was maybe 4 feet behind where I was standing. I drove almost 3 hours to see two great bands and this venue is going to tank with the way they treat their customers. I will never be back, nor recommend to anyone. I was also told this is only the 2nd music act they've had. They didn't sell out the floor, let alone the stadium seats. You guys set yourself up for failure and I will not hold my tongue on that. Went to Jeff Foxworthy show and paid up for front row seats. Show was great, seating was horrible. Chairs were to close together, felt like a sardine packed in can. Total chaos trying drive out of the lot. Won't be back.

While Jeff Foxworthy was a great show the facility was not that impressive. Seats were super uncomfortable, had no leg room for a taller person, and were narrowly spaced. I felt bad for some of the larger people I saw walking around as there was no way they were going to fit in the seats and not touch the people around them.

The discussion around us before and after the show people had the same thought. Show was great, the seating horrible. Thought being a new facility seating would have been thought out better. Going to have to be an extremely good show for us to go back.

I’m happy to see others sharing similar concerns to mine and these problems coming to fruition. Overall the facility is nice and has a LOT of opportunity they are not taking advantage of. Cables are consistently ineffective because they are not being greased, often times locking up during an exercise creating unsafe and unstable movements. There’s an entire portion of mirrors that are meant for the racks that have been missing since the opening of the facility. For as much money that was poured into this facility it shocks me that they continue to not address the basic maintenance and service required to allow this gym to function properly. Like I said, there is so much opportunity in this facility but it looks rushed and forgotten about. A ton of students rely on this facility daily and for all the money that has been invested it’s disappointing to see them forget about and leave the gym unfinished and well under maintained for the community.

So much hope for this facility, hope they can address these basic concerns.

It's a nice facility for a D3 University where sports should not really matter much. Not much of an atmosphere because it's very empty during sporting events The building will need a lot of maintenance and seats are horrible. You are better off seating up. The University does not have large crowds so the place looked empty during the volleyball match and was not a good atmosphere. The city gave a lot of money for the project and create a TID for it; not much for the citizens to enjoy because it's not open to the public. The location is far from campus and does not have anything around it for before or after games. Had very high hopes and for sure missed the mark on this one.

It's great to finally have a real event center.
Saw Brian Regan on opening night and had a great time. I see a lot of potential for this building in terms of higher end events.
My only complaint was the seating was a little uncomfortable. The seats we were in were regular uncomfortable folding chairs that were so close together that my shoulders were touching the other patrons on each side of me.
