My time at The Summit—though brief—has been nothing short of incredible. Since starting my sessions, I’ve pushed myself harder and moved my body in ways that feel stronger and more intentional. The atmosphere here is genuinely uplifting and rooted in wellness. What sets The Summit apart is how they blend movement with nature and an overall joyful approach to life. When you sign up, you’re not just getting workouts—you’re gaining a team that truly cares about your health and well-being. It’s a refreshing, inspiring experience that stands out from typical fitness memberships. Plus, their free Saturday community workouts are a fantastic way to get a feel for the space and meet the amazing people who train and coach here.

I thought I had found my favorite gym in sheboygan till I went to the summit. Chris and Brent are such a great duo. They have workouts that are for longevity. They strengthen your body for when you're older. It's SUCH a great community!!!

From the minute you walk into this place they make you feel like you belong. I wasn't even a quarter of my way through my first class and my name was being used, not just by coaches but by people working out alongside me. They took the time to see me and be intentional about relationship. That's HUGE for a group style workout.

My second class I was met with a HUG. Even if I'm not a super touchy person, it sure made someone new feel warm and welcomed. The coaches are engaged the ENTIRE workout, they are watching, correcting, cheering the whole time. It's a completely different vibe than other group sessions I've attended.

When I contacted regarding sign up options, I noted that I have a decent drive in to make this happen as well as being on a tight budget. They didn't hesitate to remind me that Saturdays are always free so my 1-2 day goal could be met with 1 weekly drop in class. Which makes this route SO affordable! There was no pressure, no contract.

If you are looking for a place that truly cares about YOU and YOUR growth this is where you need to be! I am so excited to crush some big goals alongside this group!

Uncovering my love for strength has been amazing. Being strong is so incredibly empowering. I’m taking all I learn and I’m able to teach my kids in their strength training. I love learning and growing and at the same time having fun. I love to be pushed and challenged and also celebrated! I’m thankful for all of my fitness journeys because all the people in this journey truly care about me and all their clients.
If anyone is scared or don’t know where to start… just walk in the door find the support… you won’t be disappointed.. plus you’ll make a friend to a few!

I take private boxing lessons with Chris. He's awesome - truly cares about each individual he works with. Not only is he building his business, but also a community.

I love the workouts in the summer at different parks in Sheboygan- a unique element to fitness that nobody else is doing.

If you're considering joining, you should!!!

Can't get enough of The Summit! The combo of HIIT days and slower paced strength days are the perfect balance to keep me moving with intention every day, while avoiding the extreme soreness I experienced with past formats that led to missed days just to recover. The coaches all bring so much value and fun to each and every workout and the supportive culture they've created made me feel like the coaches and other clients were family from the first day I walked in.

This is my most favorite gym yet. The coaches are excellent. They focus on education and proper form all while providing a positive and exciting environment. The members are very welcoming and are truly supportive. We are always doing fun group activities in addition to challenging workouts. This place is incredible and was exactly what I was looking for. I joined The Summit Health and Fitness in August, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Chris and Brent are very knowledgeable coaches. They make sure you are using the proper mechanics while doing all the exercise moves. The group sessions are very interactive with a good blend of strength training and cardio. The coaches put great thought into every workout. If you are not able to do certain moves, they provide alternate moves. Everyone is very friendly and supportive during the workouts. They offer group sessions and personal training. One of the best parts of being at The Summit is that the workouts are outside by utilizing different parks and outdoor spaces to bring you closer to nature and to enjoy your surroundings. You will not second guess trying The Summit Health and Fitness.

I’ve been training with Brent for the past three months, and the experience has been amazing. Bent knows his stuff and always brings innovative techniques to our session, making each workout both challenging and rewarding. Along with training with Brent, I have also been able to take advantage of group training sessions with Chris and/or Brent coaching. Everyone during the group training session are very encouraging and positive, from the trainer(s) to the members. Technique and form are key elements in group and personal training. Give group or personal training a try! You will not be disappointed!

I wasn't sure where to go when my gym closed in 2022. I tried a couple of options over the following 12 months & nothing felt quite right. Mid-2023 a change occurred in my work that meant more demand on my time. I knew I needed to have scheduled workout sessions to keep my mind healthy & myself balanced. Coincidentally, I had learned that Chris was opening his own gym & taking on new clients. Win for me! It has been great to see Chris & Kyleen grow their business, their tribe, & to be a part of it. The additional bonus is Brent, the coach from my original gym which closed, has come on board a few months ago too! The coaches & members all encourage & support one another. When I injured myself earlier in the year the care & concern was amazing. People checking in with me to see how I was doing & if I needed anything. I couldn't ask for a better support network & keeping healthy at the same time.

Great Environment, Great People, All ages, which is awesome to see! Ultimately I can only do so much when I work out by myself, I had set limits based on comfort. Years removed from my torn Achilles I was struggling to really find a space where I was comfortable to to test what I had left in the tank. We found summit fitness and it’s a perfect match. The members and the coaching team are awesome to be around. Safety & technique is real, after that I found myself being pushed further than I would have pushed myself (not over the top) to a perfect challenge. Also, the boys (5 & 6) are fans of Rusty & Chris so that’s always an added bonus!

I’ve tried to get back into working on my health other ways/at other gyms but The Summit Health and Fitness is where I’ve found the most success in being consistent. This is the first gym I’ve regularly attended for such an extended period. I’ve been a member of The Summit Health and Fitness for over a year (at least three days a week), joining right when they opened. It’s been amazing to see the group grow from its humble beginnings to the vibrant group it is now! I love the outdoor workouts, and I remember when we had to use the garage during rainy days. Now, they have a stylish mobile trailer for the summer and a nice space at City Church for the winter! The coaches are incredibly encouraging, supportive, energetic, and always ready to help with form, ensuring we focus on technique before adding weight. I’m proud to call The Summit my fitness home.
