The Twisted Warrior is an “Infrared” Hot Yoga Studio in the heart of downtown Fond du Lac. We offer classes every day, beginner through advanced classes. We also offer Yoga Teacher Training. Today was my first time trying yoga so I went in as a beginner not really knowing what to expect. I started with Lucy's Deep stretch class and left the class feeling so calm, happy and refreshed. Thank you for opening my eyes to the world of yoga, can't wait to get that unlimited monthly membership for such a good price! See you tomorrow :)
