I find that doing yoga at the Yoga Place challenges me in so many ways! A total mind and body experience for anyone, at any age, with any limitations. I leave the studio feeling better mentally and physically everytime! Can not say enough about the knowledge and skills of the instructions! By far the best studio in town!!

The Yoga Place holds a special place in my heart that will last forever. It's not just a yoga studio; it's a sanctuary where I've formed lifelong friendships, discovered a new perspective of myself, and realized that yoga transcends mere exercise. It embodies balance, instills confidence, and, when practiced mindfully, nurtures both the body and alignment.
If you're seeking an authentic and personalized yoga experience, The Yoga Place is the ultimate destination.

Because I live in another state, I’ve only done classes via zoom, and they are wonderful! So accommodating and professional. Jennie Willford is an excellent instructor and it is such a gift to be able to attend her classes from afar.

I recently completed a 4 week "Spring Cleaning" series with Jennie Williford and can honestly say that it deserves 5+++++ stars. I have been practicing Iyengar yoga for about 17 years with numerous teachers and Jennie ranks amongst the best. This series allowed us to find spaces within our bodies that we did not know exist. Jennie's teaching style and her instructions are very clear and precise. As I have a hearing impairment, I often find it difficult to hear instructions, however this never occurred during Jennie's workshops. I look forward to continued studies at the Yoga Place and with Jennie.

I love my class at the Yoga Place. Everyone needs Yoga and I highly recommend The Yoga Place to anyone who wants to keep their body and mind healthy, strong and connected. Since I have started Yoga at the Yoga Place my posture has improved and I no longer have the pain in my neck from arthritis. I will continue to study at The Yoga Place and I urge you to as well.

After having major back surgery I've found Yoga to be one of the best rehab programs. The Yoga Place instructors are extremely competent and knowledgeable regarding the instruction and philosophy of Iyengar Yoga . It has been my experience that their instruction has enhanced my recovery and prevented further injury. As I continue to recover I look forward to taking more classes.

Very clean and convenient, walkable from my house and taught by people who studied Yoga under the masters from India. What more is there to day?

We are so lucky to have such thorough, competent yoga instruction in La Crosse. I started as an injured beginner with a broken collar bone, and was taught with such patience and skill that now I can do things I never dreamed I would be able too! I even got taller! This is one of the best reasons to live in La Crosse.

Very well trained instructors. Excellent incorporation of props for each person's unique abilities, experience level & limitations. It's Iyengar yoga, which I find to be the most beneficial to the whole body and mind. Been going for a little over two years to help me treat and prevent injuries that have plagued me in my recent middle age years while doing active sports.

Wonderfully welcoming group of instructors and students. Technical (though also approachable) focus of classes support knowledge and growth in poses in a safe manner for all body types, including accomodation with props for preexisting injury or imbalances. Expect holding and refining poses in beginning levels rather than quickly moving through sequences.

I've been taking yoga at the Yoga Place for most of the past 30 years, and so appreciate the authentic, clear and well trained teachers! No matter your age or experience, La Crosse's first yoga studio provides quality instruction according to the method developed by the late Sri BKS Iyengar. Insightful and Beneficial, mind body spirit.
