The team at TNT is truly something special. Walking into any group workout can feel intimidating, but from day one every trainer made me feel supported and capable. They pay attention to the small things—your form, your pace, your goals—and that makes all the difference.
I’ve been a member of plenty of gyms, but TNT stands out in every way. If you want a place where you can push yourself, learn proper technique, and actually see real, meaningful results without having to plan your own workouts, this is the place. I’m so grateful I found it.

Best part of this place is the staff. They are positive and approachable, always willing to explain, critique or demonstrate. For anyone with an injury or movement restrictions, they are willing and capable of providing adapted movements or alternative exercises on the fly. The facility itself is clean and bright, with equipment and machines positioned throughout the space. When multiple classes are running at once, it can get a noisy with people working everywhere. But this little bit of chaos helps add energy to the room. Members are friendly and helpful to newcomers and add to the positive vibe of the place.

Friendly, well educated staff and safe workouts. I was struggling to find the right fit for a gym since moving to the area last Spring and finally tried out TNT, I couldn't be happier unless the location was closer to my house. I have grown to love this place. My wife is a member and has brought me to small group sessions with her and I have really enjoyed them. I have been attending workouts at TNT for less than two months and have already seen progress in my strength and mobility. The coaches all keep a good eye on your form & mechanics and also work with any limitations you have to get the best workout that you can. I love than any of them (even if not leading your class) will step in with directions & corrections--they are present with you. There are a wide variety of individuals working out, you could be more or less experienced, of different ages & genders but you get what you need not what someone else does--all while working concurrently in the gym.
Their efforts are appreciated and I'd encourage anyone to give some classes a try because that's when you can see what they are able to provide you.

I can’t say enough good things about the youth program at TNT Fitness. My 14-year-old son, absolutely enjoys going to the gym — something I honestly never thought I’d say! From the very first consultation with Brent to the classes with Diego, the entire staff has been amazing.
They’ve created such a supportive and encouraging environment that makes fitness fun and approachable for kids. My son looks forward to every session. The program doesn’t just focus on physical improvement — it’s helping him build healthy habits, discipline, and self-belief.

I found TNT fitness late this summer and really enjoyed my workouts there. I have taken many exercise classes but never concentrated on strength training. It really is a workout! The staff at TNT are great! I did the small group training and Luke, Sam, and Diego were excellent. They pushed the group but were always aware of your limitations. I am a snowbird so I am heading south soon I am going to miss my workouts at TNT! Hope I can find a similar gym in Florida! I will be back at TNT in the spring!

TNT fitness is on a level all it's own! I have been a member of the smaller gyms in the past and those beefheads had really turned me off of wanting to try a place like TNT Fitness. I only went along because a friend invited me to a free week several times. I told her and the owner right out that I wasn't interested in joining and there was no pushing, they strictly gave me a week free to see what they had to offer. Man, was I blown away. I had the opportunity to experience 1:1 training with my friend and her trainer DJ, small group with Diego, and large group with Diego. The communication with Brent, the owner, was uplifting, clear, and friendly. Fast forward 3 weeks and I am now a member of TNT Fitness and have also had the pleasure of working with another trainer, Luke! I cannot say enough about all of these gentlemen. I had been a member of Planet Fitness because I do suffer from some issues that slow me down or make it extremely difficult to do certain moves and at PF, I can go at my pace and skip anything I cant do. All of the TNT trainers have been understanding and tailored/modified some of the exercises to help me stay active and keep up with my peers and still get the same workout in. I truly look forward to each of my workouts and the trainers. If that wasn't enough, I have been accepted by the other clients who cheered me on from day 1! I can't say enough great things about the gym and the trainers...you just have to see it and experience it yourself!

TNT offers a supportive, accountable environment to stay on top of my movement goals. The focus on functional movement means that the goal is not to look a certain way, which has never been enough motivation for me, it is to engage in the fullness of my life by being as functionally strong as possible. I've noticed myself get stronger while here. My latest class with Brent was one of my favorites. You can tell he loves what he does, and believes in his clients abilities. I did the 4 week program to get to know the program and to make sure it was the right fit for me. I really enjoyed the small group classes after not being in a fitness facility for almost 15 yrs. I then stepped out of my comfort zone and did a few large group. I have yet to meet someone who hasn’t been nice. I was nervous and apprehensive but the minute I walked in I felt like I fit in. All the trainers and coaches are there to help you get the best out of your workout helping you to adapt to what is best for you. I am looking forward to continuing on at TNT.

In the last few months, I have been lucky enough to work with several coaches while attending various classes along with some 1:1 personal training with Diego. I can't say enough about the knowledge available between each coach. I have had questions about food, supplements, aches, and pains that each coach had been able to assist me with answers or direction. This staff knows what's up and they are on the ready to help! I’ve known Brent for some time-in fact shortly before he became the owner of TNT. Recently, I decided to come back around and give TNT a try. I’ve been “stuck” I’d say for over a handful of years. By that, I mean, Menopause had me believing this was the new me. I listened to what so many had to say about it-it’s part of life, everyone gains weight as they age and the belly fat was now here to stay. 🤨 My husband had joined 6 months prior and nudged me a few times to join the challenge at TNT. Well, I did, and I’m so grateful I did. The training, the nutrition, the guidance I’ve received goes well beyond my expectations. They woke up the athlete in me and I’m so proud of the progress I made during the challenge and beyond. The knowledge, the consistency, the commitment, and true passion the trainers have at TNT go unmatched and it starts from the top. The members have been incredibly welcoming and super helpful. I'm a new member, but I'm already very excited about where I'm headed after joining TNT. After dealing with multiple health issues, I was feeling very depleted, sad and insecure. The owner Brent is very intuitive and kind. He is passionate about what he does. He truly wants to see you succeed- you are not just a number. The instructors focus on form and safety while giving you a push to go harder.
Nutrition...I've never been to a gym that lays it out so easily for you. Meal plans kept simple but don't deprive. A lot of gyms don't give you this guidance.
The gym is clean and roomy with great equipment. Members are of all fitness levels and ages. I'm so happy my friends recommended TNT to me!

Going to TNT the first time was intimidating, everyone knows everyone, the coaches know your name after just walking in to look around. I came from a big gym where I could slip in unnoticed, not here. At TNT they actually care how you are doing not just with your fitness goals but outside the gym, work personal life. TNT quickly feels like family. The coaches check in throughout the week to see if you need anything or just to encourage you. When you are there they want you to get everything out of the workout you can, so they make sure you know the form to use and the safe way to do the movement. TNT has made me fall in love with working out again. I was very nervous to start because lifting has really slowed down since graduating high school, but Luke, Brent and Sam always have encouraging attitudes. They make it clear that I can go at my own pace, while still pushing me. I have never felt embarrassed while being coached, and that was a huge thing for me. Going from heavy lifting to just body weight was a huge mental struggle for me, but they have been showing me that it’s okay to have a set back and I should be proud to even be back in the gym.

I joined TnT 2 weeks ago and thought to myself, what I have gotten myself into. Well the short answer is I joined a gym that “sees” me and wants me to be successful. I’ve been going to TNT for a little over 3 months and the progress I’ve seen physically as well as mentally has been all I need to keep going back.
Not only have I seen positive changes with my body but I’ve also seen changes in my mindset throughout my day-to-day.
Not to mention, TNT is a very welcoming gym. When I first started, I was pretty nervous to even go in the building. I had this idea that everyone was going to be super fit and mirror some body builders and I would be the outlier. That’s not the case. Everyone who goes to TNT is working toward their own goals and it’s something very special for me to be apart of.
I’ve even formed friendships with many of my fellow gym goers and look forward to going to the gym now - something I never thought I’d say.
Lastly, the coaches. Brent, Matt, Mike, Kaz (& sometimes Ally) are all just GREAT coaches.They’re very knowledgeable on what they do and it really helps to have them all as a guide when you’re learning how to do different exercises. I can honestly say that I have never felt an ounce of judgement from any of them which is something that really means a lot when you’re first starting out.

This can be such an intimidating journey walking into a new environment, stepping out of your comfort zone to work on yourself (whatever your goals may be). Brent, Sam and Luke create such inclusive atmosphere I had no worries coming back and getting into the routine of things at the gym.

I’ve been going there for 15 years and if that doesn’t tell you in itself, what a great place it is to work out at. I’ve been there training during marathon training and half Iron Man training. I’ve been there dealing with back issues, shoulder issues, which led to unhealthy eating. Having workouts adjusted to work through injuries and recover all the way to losing the extra 55 pounds I put on. Over in the last two years, I’ve become the strongest I ever have and recover from workouts like they’re just walking in the Park. I can handle 5 to 6 days a week there along with sometimes throwing in double days and all injury free. The staff is absolutely amazing and with all the years I’ve been there the greatest thing is to watch them continually strive to get better year after year. I joined the TNT Fitness community almost 4 years ago because of the urging of my husband. BEST DECISION EVER! Prior to that I focused way more on cardio with a little bit of strength sprinkled in. I worked out so I could eat and drink whatever I wanted. Since joining, my focus has shifted drastically. I follow their nutrition plan and eat healthy so I can workout at a higher level. TNT has helped me achieve a balance between cardio and strength training. I am stronger than I have ever been and feel amazing. Unlike most gyms, everyone is supportive and encouraging of each other... The trainers and clients alike!! Right now I'm in the middle of a six week challenge that includes a meal plan, goals and accountability. They check how you're feeling and how things are going without judgement. But honestly, it's just a fun place to work out and learn lifelong habits!!!
I just completed week 4 of the 6 week challenge. I am down 5.5 lbs and have gained very increased strength! I'm so excited to be a part of a place where I feel so encouraged and accepted! My balance is also improving. When my mother was alive she had several falls and was very overweight. She lived a sedentary lifestyle. I am determined to NOT grow into that mindset. I love and miss her dearly and loved her sense of humor. However, I want to live a healthier lifestyle! The trainers I've worked with are Brent, Sam, Taylor, and Luke. Each of them bring so much care, knowledge, and encouragement! My life feels more full since they all have led me through this challenge. And if your life is already full I encourage you to do this for you.
The biggest lesson I've learned since starting this challenge is to not give up. I initially thought the results were slow. I now realize that is the purpose! I believe slow and steady wins the lifetime race. I also believe that sticking with the plan within the challenge I will not gain weight back as I did several times before!
Some of the fears I've overcome through this challenge is staying committed to the meals and showing up for the workouts! Everyone at TNT Fitness kept saying, "Stick with it! It works!" And I'm seeing it does! My work schedule is a challenge. I've made it work thanks to the team at TNT Fitness!!
If you think you don't have time for one more thing in your life. I encourage you to call TNT Fitness and they will help and guide you to a plan that works for you. You won't regret it!

I’m in my third week of the TNT Fitness 6 Week Lifestyle Challenge. I could tell you the benefits everyone wants to hear; I’m down 10lbs already, I’m fitting in my pants (a lot) better, I’m looking better (pretty sure about this). But the real benefit is the way I feel – more energy, more mobility, more focus, more strength and an improvement in mood and confidence.
Brent and the TNT staff have made creating new healthy habits fun and the process rewarding. It’s not easy starting a challenge like this; it was more than a little intimidating leading up to the first day. However their energy and enthusiasm were infectious! They made me feel comfortable and part of their community, and my excitement matched theirs right away. I realized I could in fact do it, especially with the personal attention and accountability provided throughout the 6 weeks.
TNT take a holistic approach to fitness – and I’ve learned how exercise, nutrition, sleep and hydration all work together. With the proper preparation and planning, anyone can do it. I know because if I can do it, you for sure can do it!
If you are at a health and fitness crossroads, and know it’s time to do something about it, the 6 week challenge is a perfect springboard into solidifying a fresh mindset as well as starting new healthy habits that enhance your life in so many ways. My advice? Stop thinking about it and do it. Your only regret will be that you didn’t try it sooner.

I’m so thankful my sister-in-law encouraged me to give TNT a try! I started with a six week challenge and within 3 weeks I started to feel so much better and knew I wanted to keep going. I never went to a gym my entire life and I was nervous with the idea of it.
From day one, everyone there was so kind and helpful. The energy from the coaches and the others attending class was amazing and keeps you wanting to go to the gym.
I had a major surgery and the coaches were there to help me prepare and recover from it in a way I didn’t think was possible. Every step of the way the coaches are checking in to see how you are doing and checking on your goals. This review is well deserved for TNT and the trainers who thrive at sharing their passion at helping others becoming better. It's been amazing since I've been back at TNT. I try to live by Jim Rohn's quote " Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."
Participating in the 6-week challenge is like a deep house cleaning for me. It has been a refresher that you have to look at the whole picture when it comes to continuing to better yourself. Having the challenge involving physical activity to what you consume and having that accountability/ support makes the biggest difference.
The meal plan had me a bit hesitant to start though everything was placed in front of me in black and white. It's easy to reach out and get answers for anything I'm unsure of. If you're debating to take on the challenge I would say take the leap and reset your mind and body to a fresh start.

6/2024- Joined to have a solid daily workout plan, build muscle, lose fat. I was looking for prepared plan, good coaches to avoid injury and something that worked with my schedule and of course to throw around weights with fun people! I’m happy with the services, the workouts are organized and well planned, feeling the “good type of sore” in addition endorphins are flowing and health is shining! 10/2024 - Update and if I could give 10 stars I would! TNT has brought me so much in the past 4-5 months it’s hard to believe that is such a short amount of time, but the results I have had are beyond my expectations and all I had to do was show up, follow the plan and push through the work out with great support by coaches that care and show up for me! I have lost 36+ pounds since I started in June, I have dropped 5-6% body fat while maintaining great muscle mass, I have dropped clothes sizes in all areas, I look and feel strong, most importantly I’m so happy in life, at work and I’m showing up better for everyone around me. I’m just past 3 months at TNT and I am loving it. I started out when my mom recommended we do a challenge together. I struggle with anxiety so it took a bit of convincing. I am very quickly learning to love my workouts at TNT Fitness. All of the trainers are very much in tune with each participant in the class. We really get what we need individually. Additionally, I am currently participating in their 6 week challenge, which incorporates eating and life style habits with the workout. I was very bloated when I started the challenge 5 days ago and I have already lost most of my extra water weight. It’s still not easy to tie my shoes quite yet, but it is easier. I cannot say enough about TNT fitness. I had a knee replacement done nine months ago and felt I was not making much progress. In fact, I felt like I was having more setbacks than success. I was referred to TNT fitness because I was told that the owner and his trainers would help me obtain a full recovery. I was initially skeptical because my physical therapist at that point had given up on my recovery.
The first day I got to the gym I met Brent and the first thing he said to me is “you have to trust me”, which was very hard for me. I felt frail and paralyzed to do anything, afraid of injuring myself even more” I knew after my first session with Brent that he was the one that would help me succeed in my full recovery. After two weeks of training at TNT I felt stronger than I have in many months and had decided at the age of 55 I would mak a life change and join TNT. I wanted to feel good every day, not just some days. The people and the trainers are so friendly there and I look forward to being part of the TNT family.

Accountability is huge for me. I have tried to go to other gyms but without being told what to do and how to do it, I didn’t go. I've been lifting weights on my own for over 20 years but decided to try TNT Fitness based on a recommendation from a friend. The style is different than I've been used to but it has been a welcome change. Brent is great during the one-on-one sessions and I've seen massive gains in my strength. I originally started working out here because my mom wanted someone to come with her for "bring a friend week." Ever since then, I've been coming here every week and have not regretted it! Even as someone who tends to stay quiet and keep to themselves, this gym is very inviting. The trainers always try their best to work with your specific needs. It can get a little overwhelming at times, but they're not necessarily a bad thing. The trainers push you to be the best version or yourself while not overdoing it. As they say, absence makes the heart grow fonder. That’s how I feel regarding my current sabbatical from TNT, which I have regularly attended for two years now.
Recently I passed out twice, albeit not at the gym but actually relaxing, enjoying a nice meal in both cases. I am now on medication to address the problem and am also wearing a heart monitor to make sure the medication is working and everything is okay.
I am feeling great, but for the time being I am not going to the gym, which I miss very much even though I have always been a nerd. Everyone at the gym has always been very nice and caring, and I enjoy going and I feel like I fit in, despite my lack of athletic abilities. It’s a great group of people, and you have built a wonderful business — you could even say a family — to be proud of.

As a significantly overweight, partially blind, middle-aged woman, even the thought of going to a gym was beyond daunting.
Then I found TNT Fitness.
The trainers are both capable and willingly to modify workouts for any fitness level without scorn and even without being asked.
What’s more, they understand not only what I cannot do (yet) but also what I can. There have been a number of occasions when I’ve said “I don’t think I can do that” just to find out I can.
But it’s far more than expertise that makes TNT a great place to get and stay healthy.
The trainers are invested in the success of every member, as are the other members. It’s more like a family than a gym. On days when I’m not motivated to go I remind myself that I will be missed if I’m not there, and I will miss the support and heartwarming acceptance.

I joined TNT in September of 2022. My body was achy from spending a week with our first granddaughter and with many more grandchildren likely to come over the next 10-15 years, I decided I needed to get stronger! I have always been active in one way or another but TNT is the longest I’ve ever stayed in one place. That’s because they provide all aspects of functional training (strength, power, conditioning, and recovery) in a welcoming environment with professional guidance for workouts, nutrition, supplementation, and accountability. And on top of that, it’s a social outlet. But the bottom line is that I’m stronger than I’ve ever been. 2 years ago I could squat 45 lb and now I’m at about 115. Starting out I could maybe do one push up from my feet and can now do 25. Next goal is pull ups and I’m confident TNT will get me there. We now have 2 granddaughters and counting and I’m so fortunate to be getting stronger for them every day. Thank you!

It's been 8 years since I've been at TNT (due to moving and having a few kids) but after about a week now of doing workouts, I'm so happy to be back!! I started doing morning workouts again and it's the best way to start the day, I can already tell I have a lot more energy and ability to focus throughout the day and can't wait to see other improvements over the course of the 6 week challenge. Brent and team are constantly learning new techniques and exercises to continue to evolve the workouts. Not only are they encouraging, they also connect with you on a personal level. I love it at TNT. I have tried a variety of other gyms and formats and they just didn't fit for me. I have found my place and my people here. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. I have never felt pressure to "keep up" or that I was hindering someone elses workout in large group classes. Each person is at a different place in their fitness and health journey and everyone respects that.The coaches explain and demonstrate every exercise before hand (small group, large group and 1:1) and monitor and coach during the sets to ensure proper form. They are aware of when you need to go down in weight and will push you to go higher if you can and spot you while you do. Workouts are planned with intention and posted which I appreciate because I like to mentally prepare for what comes next and I forget how many sets we are doing. I use the app to track my progress from week to week. Love it here.

TNT is my home away from home, literally! I no longer live in the Fox Valley (I live 4 hours away), but when I’m home visiting family my go-to place to get a good work out in is TNT. Each class is unique and a different mix of strength, conditioning, HIIT, mobility, etc. exercises. What I like the most about TNT is a sense of belonging. While still new, my experience with TNT fitness has been uplifting! I started because a friend introduced me and coming out on the other side of an ED I found it very challenging to lift anything in the beginning. I run almost every other day and I am a cardio girl! But feeling weak at my normal gym got me discouraged. At tnt they have been very good in both small and large group (both very hands on) with showing me what exercises to do, how to do them, and pushing what I can handle even further than I thought! No judgment at all, everyone is across the board in different places, which I like. Some weeks I can make it more than others and thats OK they're super flexible!

I don’t have enough great things to say about TNT and their trainers. As someone that has recently gotten back into focusing on my health, I was nervous about not knowing what or how to do things, that my knee injuries would limit my ability to participate, or that I wouldn’t keep up with the group. Sam and brent have gone above and beyond to welcome me, teach me how to safely and efficiently do each motion/excercise, and to make me feel like I am apart of the TNT family. They have also been extremely helpful in modifying some of the exercises to accommodate some of my knee injuries, and I truly feel the best I have in years because I have been strengthening my knees, the proper way. Not only are the trainers fantastic, but every member there is also cheering you on and pushing you to be your best.

I hate exercising. Like, really. My husband starting going to TNT about a year or so before I did. The only reason I joined was I thought it would help with some physical therapy I had to do.
I got hooked. All the TNT trainers helped me learn the ropes & modified exercises as needed, while keeping the environment fun but challenging.
I started with personal training & now add in a couple small group trainings each week. The rest of the members I’ve met are amazing as well. When they say they’re a community - they actually mean it!
I promise you won’t regret coming here. You still may hate to exercise, but at least you’ll have fun doing it!

It’s easy to pick back up with TNT after having my third C section 2 years ago. I was able to continue doing small group strength training through 39 weeks of that pregnancy, which helped me to have a much easier recovery. Jumping back in again two years later, I was able to get back up to speed quickly and push to set new goals through a six week challenge. Unfortunately for some time I fell off my fitness routine and needed a place to get me back on track. About a month ago I joined TNT Fitness, and it has already helped me to get my groove back! The few major things that I love about this gym are the friendliness of the staff and other members, people of all fitness levels are welcome and the trainers are very adaptable to meet your needs during the work outs. I have been doing the group trainings which have been fun and challenging. I really like how even in the large group the trainer is still very supportive of form and pushing you to achieve your best. Overall TNT, Fitness is one of the best places to be, if you want to be held accountable, and meet your fitness needs. Sam, one of the trainers there, is someone who I would highly recommend. Every single workout is unique, interesting, tough, personal, and memorable. He constantly pushes you to your limits, and makes you realize you are stronger than you may seem. He reinforces that we can all reach our goals, and takes the time to get to know each client on a personal level, rather than just being a “trainer”.

Having not gone to a gym regularly in a long time, I decided to try TNT because I was looking to build strength and find solutions to persistent back pain that medical treatment wasn’t helping.
So, I was skeptical but motivated.
What I found at TNT was not what I expected. I EXPECTED it would be “just a gym” and I’d have to figure out my path to better fitness mostly on my own. What I GOT however was way beyond “just a gym”…. It’s an EXPERIENCE and a PARTNERSHIP with a team of people dedicated to helping their customers achieve their fitness goals.
TNT and my new habits are an essential part of my weekly routine. … And my back pain? Pretty much gone. Strength and flexibility made all the difference. Not leaving TNT anytime soon.

As a newer member of TNT Fitness, (about 4 months) I have nothing but praise to describe my experience thus far. From the very first day I felt welcomed and encouraged from trainers and members alike.
I have learned so much from the trainers here and I have never felt more "safe" from injury because the workouts are very intentional and the trainers really help make you successful. My chronic shoulder pain has all but disappeared! I feel like I am not working out so very hard as I have in the past, yet have gotten better results in fat loss and muscle gain.

I decided to check out TNT Fitness on the recommendation of a friend who'd been raving about it. It has turned out to be a great experience!
I haven't traditionally had a lot of luck with group fitness - I've had classes where people have been there a while and the instructor doesn't take the time to help a newbie through, the people in the class haven't been particularly welcoming, they're aimed at people more fit than me - we've all probably been there at one point or another. Well, TNT Fitness has been none of these things, in the best possible way.
It is a group environment, but the first major difference is that the coaches get to know everyone and are really helpful as you are getting started and throughout your time. If you have any kind of physical issue, they'll help you find a movement or an exercise that works for you and helps you build strength. They are really encouraging but also challenge you when you need it. Their goal is to help you meet your fitness goals - it really feels like a partnership.
Everyone here is encouraging - everyone. The coaches and your classmates. People are welcoming when you are new, encouraging, and friendly - it's not unusual to end a class with high fives or have someone saying "You can do it!" when you're starting to wear out. TNT is a really positive, welcoming community and I genuinely enjoy the time I spend with the other members, even when the workouts are kicking my butt.

Did the 6 week challenge that Brent and his team offer… I don’t work out, but let me tell you, the trainers guide you every step of the way. I have breathing and endurance issues due to a previous fight with cancer, so I was concerned a small group setting might be too intense for me. All the trainers at TNT took their time with me, scaled the workouts to fit my cardio and strength levels and even educated themselves on how to approach my needs. They check in with you everyday, sometimes more than once about your nutrition needs, how you felt physically and mentally after a workout and what maybe they can do to improve your TNT experience. The trainers truly value your input. The gym is not intimidating at all and the support I got everyday, not only from staff, but my fellow gym mates was really incredible! I felt like family. Still to this day, after the end of the challenge, Brent has periodically reached out to me just to check in and see if I need anything. TNT is not just a gym, but it’s a life experience with family… just come in with an open mind and let them do the rest. I also want to mention they have this state of the art machine that tells you all about your body composition, so there is no guessing as to what is your starting point and realistic goals you can achieve. It has been a month since I first stepped foot into TNT. My friend had asked me multiple times to join her and I had always “half committed” but never followed through. Working with TNT Fitness has been a wonderful experience. I have been going for 2+ years, having not worked out for many years. I am 74 years old. The trainers at TNT Fitness designed a program specifically for me. They have been patient, motivating, encouraging, caring and fun. The other TNT members have been kind and supported me through some very tough personal time. After attending a class or personal workout I not only feel physically better but more positive about myself and about life in general. As a result of the program I am getting stronger, more flexible and improving my balance. The workouts have also reduced my stress level. I would highly recommend TNT Fitness to anyone.

TnT is ready to meet you where you are. It is truly a judgment free zone-not just a tagline. There is opportunity to get serious about your fitness and health but if you are not ready to get too serious, they will work with you there, as well. Offering multiple different experiences – large and small group classes, one on one, or home(if you can’t make it in). Each class is different and I’ve never done the same workout twice. They also offer Challenges multiple times a year, this is a time to get serious and make some commitments to your health. They always nudge, support, and cheer you on but during “Challenge” it is more.
I have worked out at Tnt since spring of 2021. My commitment early on was just to get two days of exercise in with my husband – both of us making commitments to grow old healthfully. Fast forward, 2023-i’m averaging four classes a week, I feel better in my clothes, I’m eating more mindfully and I’m making better choices. . Overall, I just feel good.

I have been at TNT for two years and the time has flown by. I was looking for a new challenge and was having trouble staying motivated on my own. The coaches here are fun, knowledgeable and encouraging. They have helped me get stronger, work through injury, and stay on track with my wellness. The people who work out here are amazing, hard working, and fun loving. This is the best program! If you are feeling lost or discouraged about fitness, this is the place for you.

Great gym! The trainers are ready to meet you where you are and help you reach goals you didn’t know were possible. Not your typical gym, they build workouts that fit YOU. All you have to do is show up and they will do the rest (except lift the weights for you).
