Union Spin Club is such a welcoming and low pressure place! I am an incredibly anxious and overweight person and I have never felt uncomfortable here. The owner, Heidi, will make you feel at home as soon as you step in the door. Everyone I've talked to in classes are equally friendly.

The spin bikes are quality equipment. While you don't have a live instructor, the videos used are also good quality. Since it's a video instructor, it feels less awkward to go at your own pace. Some days I can't do more than show up and go slow and I've never felt out of place or judged.

At $5.25 a spin, this place is a steal. It's so worth it for your health and to support a locally AND woman owned business!
