I have no idea what is all located at this huge campus. I took my mother to get hearing aids as this was the location we had to go to. The people at the desk where we checked in were amazing! We had a heck of a time finding the place in spite of knowing where we were going. We thought we went the way to avoid the new interstate highway and tangle of roundabouts. WRONG! A stop at a parking lot, turning on Google maps and 11 roundabouts later, we made it. Luckily we allowed plenty of extra time. My mom ordered her hearing aids, they gave us fantastic directions as we left, and I hope we don't have to go back. ;)

I still get EOB's from them and I haven't been insured there for at least 5 years. It seem impossible to 'get off the list'. They appear to me to have grown too fast to have adequately assimilated all their businesses.
