Joining Unlimited Athletic Club (UAC) in Oak Creek has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! The staff are amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Pablo, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and his support has really improved the quality of my workouts. The entire facility is spotless and clearly well cared for. The location feels very safe, and the security door access means only members can enter, which gives me even more peace of mind. I took a look at UAC last Thursday and I was impressed! When I came in it was as clean and organized as the pictures on their website. After getting two workouts in I could not be happier. What’s not to like about this polished, safe and well-run athletic club. Easy location close to the highway as I’m traveling 20 minutes to get there but we’ll worth it.
The clientele are non judgmental and even open to talking which is unlike most of the gyms I have frequented in the past.
Staff is very knowledgeable and clearly take the work and dedication seriously. I’m almost sad to write a good review as I want to keep this low key spot from turning into something too big! Good thing it’s open 24hrs so I can find quieter times!

Owner sent my final month payment to collections after I tried canceling for one and a half months. His staff (who could not give definitive cancelation policy terms because he knew he was instructed to be deceitful) lied to my face and over the phone multiple times that I would not be charged for another month and said just let them know on my last day. When I made the final call to cancel he then told me I would be charged for the next month and that my key fob stops working immediately even though I'm still paying for another month. I disputed it with my credit card immediately and then began receiving automated calls stating my membership payment method was invalid for months to then get sent to collections which I will be fighting. Scummy business practice for a small local business owner.

The gym itself is fine, although the membership is expensive for what they actually have for equipment and amenities. $74 a month plus a ton of additional fees when you first join that equate to approximately $140 when you can join the WACs or YMCAs for less while getting access to multiple clubs, basketball courts, pools, and classes. If you need the 24 access here then there are always Anytime Fitnesses as well that should be cheaper.

After reading the other 1 star review by Elizabeth it seems like they have a terrible trend of treating members who are cancelling, but my story is below:

However, the worst part is their membership cancellation process. We paid more per month because we were in a month to month membership and when we knew we were moving to a new city we gave them ample warning on when it would be and when we would want our membership to be cancelled; however, the man at the front desk said that once we cancelled our membership would be terminated that day and nothing else would be charged afterwards (i.e. you would cancel on 2/28 your membership would end and you would not be charged March). We confirmed this with him one and half months before we needed to cancel and knew we needed our membership till the end of the month. Once we did cancel, they tried to say that it was too late and we would be charged the next month. We have disputed their charges and have been going back and forth with their collection agency now as they try to get every dollar from their members.

I don't live in the area anymore, but I would never go back to this gym and I would never recommend this gym to anyone. The WACs are cheaper and have very clear cancellation policies.

After going to UAC and getting a day pass for $10 just to try out the gym and I met the owner and what a cool,nice and knowledgeable guy. Even the Staff was great. First off the equipment was very nice,clean and new. The warm up area is a little smaller than most but you can still get the job done on what you have to do. They also have towels and disinfection spray bottles if you can carry around if needed or you can just use the disinfectant wipes around the gym.Bathrooms are clean and I really like the fact that they had lady products just in case the women are on their lady days lol. Didn’t have a chance to take pictures but the red and black equipment is a great combo!!

It took 4 attempts to cancel my membership as they ignored the first 3. When I finally did get in touch with someone I was told the membership was good until Dec 11th, but they immediately deactivated my key without telling me.
It’s not well maintained they are frequently out of supplies. They got rid of the hex bar, TRX bands, and hip thrust machine.

I love this gym!! To start, this is by far the cleanest gym I have been to in the Greater Milwaukee area. All members respect the gym and wipe the equipment down post use. UAC is a comfortable, welcoming new gym. Since I first joined, I felt the most comfortable I have ever been at a gym. Pablo, the owner is very kind, and shows that he truly cares about his members. First time I walkin, by word of mouth, and i was impressed by cleanliness. The staff AMAZING and helpful, machines high quality, and I am more than happy for makimg the switch. You can only get in with key and makes me feel safe. The gym is accessible 24/7. They have bathrooms, a shower and locker room.

UAC is the best gym around, I have worked out at a lot of other gyms, and this by far the best. The gym is brand new with new equipment, and it is very clean and spacious. Pablo is a great personal trainer and very knowledgeable in fitness. So, if you are looking for a new place to work out I highly recommend UAC.

UAC is the best gym I’ve been to by far! They have all new equipment, it’s clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful! Pablo is very knowledgeable and explains how to incorporate muscles for each movement.

I previously trained with Pablo back in 2015 when he worked at Xperience fitness. He helped me lose 20 pounds and get Into the best shape of my life. When I found out he opened his own gym I immediately called him to get back into shape.

I am currently 7 months pregnant and have been working with him since my first trimester. He listens to me and restructures my workouts based on how my body is changing.
