Gluten free options! Lots of healthy things to have here and a broth menu which you definitely don’t see often. Place was friendly, a bit small, but the food was good and the coffee and broth drinks are really good. Highly recommend this place

The coffee shop/cafe is amazing! The yoga classes are wonderful! Both challenging and relaxing, the perfect place. Not to mention Current Flow Chiropractic is downstairs and Sohrob is a miracle worker. We absolutely love this establishment. Coffee, yoga and chiropractor: what more could you ask for? Check it all out!

I have done two reformer classes at Inversion while visiting Wyoming and WOW. I have not done a class anywhere near as good as them in London, UK. The teachers kept the classes moving, using a range of equipment so you never are bored.
I was worried with 8 reformers you might not get the level of attention you can get when there are less reformers but not here.

I left feeling incredibly good and had a wonderful shake from the cafe.

Highly recommend.

Just took a class with Ella at Inversion Studio and it was phenomenal. Her energy is grounded yet motivating, and she strikes the perfect balance between challenge and support. She cues everything with precision, making it easy to stay present and push yourself safely. You can tell she’s passionate and genuinely cares about everyone in the room. I walked out feeling stronger, more centered, and totally recharged. If you’re thinking about taking her class—don’t hesitate. Ella’s the real deal.

Nice yoga studio and cafe. I enjoyed a plant-based protein shake with berries that was delicious. I came back the next day for an Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga class taught by the owner. The class and atmosphere was great. I appreciate that there was a shower in the men's locker room. I'd be a regular if I wasn't just a tourist!

Meh...it's Jackson. Should have figured. Not a good layout for space and flow, but decent studio rooms with a bougie cafe attached to it. I showed up 20 minutes before class thinking I was going to be late but was the first one to the class I was taking. In my practice I like to get to studios before class especially when I am dropping into a new studio to get a feel, learn the layout and vibe and do my usual warm up routine. I showed up and no one was at the desk..all good I brought all my stuff but was a little confused on where to go. One of the rooms was open and an instructor was cleaning. I asked if this was where the class was and she said it was. I understand it is a busy studio and having classes back to back is hard and turnaround has to be quick. I have been to many studios. I waited and there was only 12 minutes to class as she finished up cleaning. I asked if I could go in..this is where it felt more off than not. She gave me attitude like I shouldn't be there yet...made me feel weird as I'm waiting in a busy narrow hall with yoga shorts on. I went in and asked a couple questions about where to go and such and again more or less just gave me attitude...I know we all have days but overall the studio didn't feel good or welcoming. (This also was not the instructor for the class I was taking. That instructor had not shown up yet) Felt very rushed for yoga. In the beginning and end. Felt like I shouldn't be there until class exactly started and felt like I should leave right after. Not how I want my yoga practice to feel. Overall the class itself was decent but nothing to write home about. Class was expensive for what it was and how I was treated. Nice changing rooms and showers but will look for something else next time I come to Jackson.

I forgot my mat after class and someone took it! It's a bummer that people still behave like this but this is not meant to burden Inversion. I'm just disappointed about my missing item, the hot Yoga class is amazing

Wonderful instructors, great community of yoga students and wide variety of yoga and pilates classes. Everyone at the studio is encouraging, positive and friendly. I've been to over a dozen hot yoga studios across the US and the Inversion community is top notch. If you really want to advance your hot yoga practice take a class with Serese, Kira, Garrett or Betsy.

Stopped by this place as I was staying at a place nearby for the weekend and decided to go the next day. They had drop ins available, although expensive, class was great. We took one of the Hot yoga classes in the morning and it felt great. The lady at the front desk was new and she didn’t know how to explain the difference between the classes really well, nor details on how to lock your belongings. They charged us 5 dollars per mat, which I think it’s too high considering the price of the class. They should def have first timers options available.

The cafe inside is cute but I ordered a cortado and they didn’t know how to make it.

Update - Class wasn’t for me, super overstimulating so I had to leave early but they were super understanding and refunded me for the class. Smoothies and snacks served in the cafe was a nice touch.

I’m sure this place is fine for other yoga classes but they totally missed the mark with their restorative class:
1. It was advertised as room temp. I guess if the room is a sauna? Bc it was in the same room as heated classes it was at least 90 degrees in there. Would have been nice if that was acknowledged in the description
2. It was advertised as having a 15 minute sound bath. Other reviews even corroborated that (we checked it out before signing up!) we got maybe 90 seconds if that of a single Tibetan bowl played during savasana. We paid the steep $30 price because that sound bath was worth it to us. We didn’t get that and felt pretty swindled with the price / value (not to mention they tried to charge $10 to rent our mats)
3. The instructor was horrendous. He didn’t give a single posture cue despite knowing he had someone who had never practiced yoga in class. I had to interrupt my own practice to explain to my confused boyfriend what pigeon meant, among other poses. I was disappointed to have to work by giving cues in a class where I’m a student, and I felt uncomfortable having to talk when it should have been the instructor doing so.
If you’re in town skiing and looking for a nice restorative practice, don’t come here. If you’re a seasoned yogi who just needs a hot studio space and no guidance, maybe this place is ok for you.

I especially love the $10 classes which make doing yoga so much more affordable.

This town is home to some of the best studios I have had the pleasure of visiting and Inversion is outstanding! To start, to studio is always clean and welcoming. There is a plethora of classes to choose from throughout the day/week. Each teacher is obviously hand picked to create a diverse class environment. The entire teaching staff is well trained and very body wise, which is one of my favorite things about the classes. The teachers lead you through a well balanced practice while instructing safe alignment. And then there is the yoga sutra and psychological perspectives I find interesting. I personally attend classes by several teachers finding each to share a beautiful message that resonates deeply from their own personal introspect. I truly love this place!

This was my go-to spot while on a DIY nature retreat in Jackson Hole! (I’m from New York!) I took kundalini with Sarah Kline, hot yin yang with Lindsay Dann and core flow with Heidi Christine.

Each teacher was INCREDIBLE and has something very different to offer, with a very welcoming attitude for all levels. If you’re new - definitely don’t make the mistake I made and take advantage of the $40 for 3 classes offer!

The studios are heated, but it’s never too hot. Just perfect to take a shower after and feel renewed. Going to this studio while here made my trip complete. I find that I have my most profound and creative realizations in yoga classes - and the teachers and the staff at this studio hold the space beautifully. Thank you!

What a great yoga studio. Being a novice, I love that there are a number of different styles of yoga to choose from. Some days its nice to have mellow restorative classes, and other days its nice to push myself physically in the more advanced classes.
