owner was fantastic, kind, and helpful. equipment seemed brand new and high quality. there is a lot of it too. everything is clean. you're not going to be waiting for a bench or a squat rack for very long if at all (something i always experience elsewhere). the people there were all really cool. atmosphere is relaxed. when i visit rock springs, its where i want to work out. i'd recommend to anyone ranging from no experience to advanced.

I love working out here. I wasn't a gym rat until I started coming here. Mike is extremely helpful and very positive. He's full of knowledge and welcoming to everyone. There is a small kid area and he is helpful in wrangling kids so parents can workout. It's honestly the most positive gym I've been in. They have cardio, lots of weights (you can use chalk and do deadlifts), as well as machines. 10/10 would recommend!

Great gym, great environment, just all around a good place to workout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is open 24hrs to members so that is a huge perk, and they are also in the middle of getting a ton of new equipment so that makes it even better!
