The gym equipment is awesome, they offer a military discount, and it's 24hrs... Please try it first though. I paid for 3 months and have only gone in 3 times. I'm all for grungy gyms, and I don't mind the smell of hard work and gainz, but this gym has a strong WD-40 smell everywhere. I nearly vomit every time I go and can only perform 70%. Really curious what an IAQ test results would say. Here for work and unfortunately, I had to sign up at the Purple Pizza gym.

I love this gym. I have always struggled with gym intimidation but I feel so welcomed and comfortable. Karen (the owner) works so hard to keep the gym very clean. Everyone is helpful and genuine. Members are always willing to help you as well! Highly recommend ❤️

I love Rock Island gym. I know it costs a little bit more than the larger franchise gym, but the personal relationship is worth it to me! I also appreciate that they carry Wind River CBD. Local small businesses supporting each other is a great thing!

5/5 would recommend. Was passing through town and this gym was perfect, has a bit for everyone. Very clean, not to crowded and the guest day pass is extremely reasonably priced. If I’m ever back in the area I’ll be sure to stop in again.

Great facility. Dumbells to 120, excellent selection of Hammer Strength plate loaded machines and Nautilus machines. Worth noting a couple pieces you don't see often...T-bar row and a pec deck. Lots of cardio equipment also....but I probably won't go on that side.

No locker room, they play mostly mexican music, kids running around the lobby during the day, you get locked out during the day if you go outside to flip tires. I will be taking my business elsewhere when my 6 months runs out.

I was passing through town - this gym was a wonderful surprise. Only $5 for day use - it's worth more. Large selection of equipment for both cardio and weight training, all new and super clean.
