My family and I use snap fitness almost daily, the gym is always very clean and equipment well maintained. It is a very up beat positive atmosphere I would recommend to anyone any age or any fitness level. The gym staff is always very polite and readily available! We will continue to use snap fitness

How do you get any customer service? I've been trying for a week to get staff to sign me up for a membetship. I'v gone by the location several times this week, no one there, the phone messaging say they have staff there Monday - Friday 8-6, not once has any staff been there, doors locked. I've called and there is no answer and you can not leave a message because the messages are full. I've emailed several times as well. NO LUCK. I just want to work out. After almost two weeks of Trying to become a member, I finally was contacted by the owner Brant Kinght, with a rude email telling me why the business is unreachable by phone, email, and walk ups, and that he did not appericate me contacting him and me not understanding why the business was unreachable for so long. He told me to go to another gym. No apologies on his side what so ever, just excuses. Very poor business leadership and practice.
