If you are looking for a gym home, look no more. One of my biggest fears about going to the gym was not knowing what to do, how to do it, or where to get started. I went back and forth on whether or not to upgrade my membership; in the end, I went with the premium. This is why: as a single mom, child care is most important. Kenzie has made Kidzone fun for my son, so he doesn’t mind hanging out while I work out. Josh has taken the time to listen to me and to help me set goals. I was able to voice my concerns to him—that I had no clue where to get started and was very intimidated by weights. He has taken time to show me the proper way to operate equipment and which machines will best target the areas I want to improve. At no point have I felt anything other than encouraged to reach my goals and set up for success.

I have been set up on the app, which offers lots of benefits along with meal plans—they even have gluten-free options! Jennifer is an amazing teacher in the classes. I feel like 24e has hidden gems—for example, they have a red light therapy bed, which is great for collagen. They also have two other tanning beds that are Ergoline, which are top-of-the-line. Riley will be one of the first faces you see, and she is always smiling and gives nothing but a warm welcome.

This isn’t just a gym; it’s so much more. If you have health goals or are looking to get in shape, I would recommend starting here. They map out your journey so you can be successful

The Gardendale location is crap it was crap in the old building… they built a whole new building still crap. If you want to get on a bike or a class they have them but 1 squat rack that’s open to the general public. If they don’t have a class (which they always do at the busiest times of day aka. “convenient times”) you can use one in the class room that they failed to put mirrors in front of. Other than that enjoy being 3rd in line every time and having a line behind you rushing you. So much opportunity with a new building and they fumbled it.

Professional Staff, New Equipment, and Clean Facility!

Upon entering 24e Gardendale, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. I was very impressed with this gym and what it offers. I will be coming back. Here are some things most people want to know about:

1. PLENTY of cardio equipment...they have Ellipticals, Treadmills, and Bikes (recumbent style as well). They also have SIX stepmills!

2. PLENTY of Strength Training Equipment/Machines. They have Arsenal Strength Training Equipment, to include: Hammer Strength Push/Pull Machines, Leg Presses (single leg also), Barbell Bench Press Benches, Grip Lateral Raise Machines, Curl Machines, Leg Machines, etc.

3. PLENTY of Dumbells with Adjustable Benches

3. CROSS Training Room. This room has Crossfit style equipment, such as:
Pullup/Squat Apparatus, Rowing Machines, Medicine Balls, Kettlebells, Etc.

4. Spin Cycling Room. Spin cycle for classes or individual training

5. Yoga-Style Room

6. Pickle Ball Courts

7. Smoothie Bar

8. Saunas

9. Red Light Beds and Tanning Beds

An outstanding experience...and I definitely recommend this 24e facility for those living in the Gardendale area!

Best experience I’ve had so far in a gym. Equipment and facility are in great shape. Staff is friendly and attentive to members. The Premium classes are a great way to start out learning how to work out without getting hurt. Alex Barron has been a great teacher and makes sure you learn the techniques safely. Connor Nabors helped me get set up with my new Premium member pass and made sure I had what I needed before I left. Has definitely been what I needed to get me out of my rut and get back in shape. Glad I joined.
