I just want to say that Ethan has been a phenomenal trainer who has been so kind and helpful during my fitness journey so far. I initially joined this gym because my personal trainer is located here, and I appreciate the convenience of that. However, I've noticed some areas where improvements could enhance the overall experience for members.

Firstly, I've found that the staff tends to be unapproachable; it could really help if they engaged more with customers as they enter the gym. On one occasion, I asked a staff member for help moving a heavy bar, but unfortunately, I was declined. It would be beneficial for staff to feel empowered to assist members when needed.

Additionally, I've noticed that during early morning hours, there often isn’t anyone available to address questions or concerns, which can be inconvenient. When there is staff present, they sometimes seem preoccupied, like being on their phones, instead of assisting members.

Moreover, I’ve observed that the gym equipment isn't always well-maintained; the TVs often do not function, and I haven't seen a cleaning crew regularly disinfecting the equipment. A consistent cleaning schedule would greatly improve the atmosphere and hygiene of the gym.

I believe having a friendly front desk assistant to greet members and answer calls could create a more welcoming environment. While I value my training sessions here, I may explore other options if these issues aren’t addressed. Thank you for considering these suggestions!

This fitness center was an excellent experience. They have a great variety of machines and equipment including cario, stationary machines, powerlifting racks, and CrossFit-style gear. The facility was spotless and obviously well cared for. The staff I encountered were warm and diligent, great customer service. Bonus compliment: I love the multiple private shower rooms separate from the basic changing rooms, super functional and avoids the locker-room-awkwardness.

Just started here and signed up for a few sessions with McKayla to get started. I'm recovering from breast cancer and multiple surgeries, she has been very encouraging, uplifting, and professional. She has educated me on everything we are doing and why, and was able to spot areas where I had lost muscle and design a workout around those that was very challenging but I really enjoyed. The place is clean and well run. Non-intimidating to someone in my position. I really appreciate that it is locally owned. Excited about continuing to go there and continuing to work with McKayla.
