Training with Markus at 300 Army Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall well-being. From day one, Markus has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly motivating. He takes the time to understand your personal goals and truly customizes each workout to match your strengths, needs, and areas for growth. What I appreciate most is his balance of discipline and encouragement, he pushes you to give your best without ever making you feel overwhelmed or discouraged.
Markus has a gift for explaining form, correcting technique, and making sure every movement is purposeful. Markus is an awesome trainer! Not only does he focus on your workouts, but he also strongly encourages NUTRITION, and uses an app to keep you connected. He’s very knowledgeable and consistent! I moved to Montgomery in June and was looking for a trainer to continue my fitness journey. More than anything, I wanted someone who could push me to the next level. The results I’ve seen with Markus in this short time are far more noticeable than what I achieved in the past year and a half with other trainers.
Markus is not like other trainers, he is a coach! Every session is different, always challenging, and sometimes makes you question life — but the results speak for themselves and are absolutely worth it.

Markus is awesome when it comes to personal training. I’ve tried several trainers in the past and couldn’t last one week with them. I have been attending sessions with Markus since Nov 2023 doing 3x a week and I started seeing changes within the first month. I love the classes because we encourage each other and work together. Markus is knowledgeable, he definitely pushes us to the max, encouraging and he educates his clients on how to properly train and eat to be healthy.. Markus is an excellent trainer! Before I started working with him, I could barely do one pushup or even stay consistent in working out. I've been working with him for four months, I'm stronger and have stayed consistent with working out. He tailors your workouts to your strengths and weaknesses, and what you can do. In need of personal training that holds you accountable and pushes you outside of your comfort zone look no further!! I am going into month 5 of consistent training and couldn’t be more excited about the changes I’m seeing with my body! If your straddling the fence about signing up; 300 has bootcamps on Wednesday and Saturdays that offer training styles that you will experience in individual training session except those will be tailored to your needs !

I like Marcus as a trainer because his workouts are quick and intense. I don’t have to spend hours in the gym to get a workout in. He started with workouts that were at my fitness level and gradually made them more intense as my fitness levels went up. I think the biggest help was his diet plans that worked well with my body type and I could see results within the first month and I lost 20 lbs in 3 months by staying focused on my diet plan and doing my workouts. He will work you in the gym but the most important part is really what you doing when you out of the gym. When you do your part and he does his part and bring that together you will definitely get the results you want.

Definitely love the atmosphere! Been here for about 3 in a half years. I lost massive weight but also unfortunately too life happened and I gained it back. BUT no matter how many times I fell off WE bounced back and lose weight EACH time!! Definitely appreciate the pep talks and motivational speeches when I stop believing in myself he found other ways to pick me up and get me back going... Not easy but well Worth it!!

I was skeptical about hiring a personal trainer but Markus is great. I have been training with him for two months and already have seen results. He pushes you when you feel like quitting and motivates you to not give up. He will also stay in you about your workouts. Truly and gem and not one of those trainers who only wants your money. The environment is everything that I was looking for. It’s not to many people in the classes and my trainer stays on me about my goals and progress. He holds me accountable and let’s me know when I’m messing up or where I can be doing more. He doesn’t just let me settle. I’ve learned to love and appreciate every workout no matter how difficult.
