Abbie not only makes every workout fun, but she gives you the confidence to conquer each workout even when you’re not feeling it! Every time I walk out of a workout, I feel not only physically stronger, but more confident in my abilities to push myself and do hard things. She believes in you in a way that is so genuine, you can’t help but believe in yourself too. She is meticulous in making sure you’re using the proper form and always mixes up the workouts so you never get bored. My sessions with her are always the highlight of my week!

Working with Abbie has been such a game-changer for me. In just a short amount of time, I’ve noticed real differences; not just physically, but in how confident and motivated I feel. She pushes me in the best way possible, always encouraging me to go a little further than I thought I could.
One of the things I value most is how she listens and really works with my medical issues. She doesn’t just give a one-size-fits-all workout; she pays attention to how I’m feeling that day and adjusts things so I can still move forward safely and effectively. That makes me feel cared for and capable, even on harder days.
I never imagined I’d be asking to increase my weights, but with her guidance I’ve gotten stronger and actually look forward to challenging myself. On top of that, she’s approachable, supportive, and makes the workouts fun.

I had the BEST experience training with Abbie! I’ve had several trainers over the years and Abbie is by far the best all around trainer I know. Not only does she know her stuff, she understands how to read her clients and meet them exactly where they are during any given session. I’ve struggled with shoulder and back issues over the years and she always takes great care to make the appropriate adjustments and add in certain elements to help strengthen those areas and avoid future problems. Since I began, I have lost >50 lbs, but more importantly have improved my self confidence, mental health, coordination, and balance. I look forward to the workouts.
