Well maintained facility. Typically not busy which is a plus. HOWEVER...the gym randomly closed with a paper sign saying "closed due to unforeseen events". I figured it would be a couple days and be back open. Fast forward 3 weeks, its still closed. I call corporate because there is no local phone number. They say the gym is closed for good and going through legal procedures. Though it is closed, I then get charged for the upcoming month, along with the fact I couldnt use my membership the 3 weeks prior to this as well.

Now get this. Corporate says they cannot issue me a refund for the month I was just charged for a closed gym, or for the 3 prior weeks of closure. That is over $100 robbed from me because I pay for two memberships.

Terrible, terrible customer service and business practices. Stay far, far away from this company.

They won’t post a valid phone number, so they cannot be contacted. They keep double charging my account and yesterday the power was out. This place is getting ridiculous.

This gym is awesome! There is too much to do! They have a lot of machines for weight training but they also have a big room to train together or by yourself. But they have lots of equipment to do whatever you want. The thing that is negative is that I came at night time and the entrance was pretty dark so it was kinda creepy to enter. The bathrooms weren’t clean but you never know maybe someone left it dirty before me. But there was nothing to wipe down equipment. There was no more wipes but later I found paper towels with a bottle spray but the spray was empty. I felt uncomfortable leaving the machines dirty but I had no other choice.

Cleaning and disinfecting do not seem to be a priority and asking folks to wipe down afterwards is non existent. Rowing machine, elliptical and other equipment in need of repair or replacement. Every other week I leave a list of things that need attention. Nothing repaired or upgraded as of 20 weeks. I love the convenience, so I will continue to whine. And I will not hide behind a screen. I went just to get an estimate. The woman was great. She did not try to push anything on me. But the man, think he was the asst-manager, pressured me into making an appointment to bring my husband back with his checkbook info. He wouldnt let me out of the building until i did. I have blocked all there numbers because he kept calling and harassing me. I would not suggest going here for anything! The one on Cox Creek is 100% better.

Horrible customer service. Would NOT honor their cancellation policy. I had a membership for around 2 months and had no choice but to move back home to take care of my grandfather.(I’m 30 not a college kid)That puts me at close to 100 miles away from the nearest facility. I ask many times to cancel and Brad kept giving me the run around. I even had one employee who was sympathetic to my cause and mailed me a cancellation form. After I filled it out and returned it they continued to debit my account. Finally, 11 months later they were all but happy to mail me another form and would you believe they finally canceled it?!? It’s a miracle. Used the place 6 times. Great kept facility. Clean. Neat. The staff was always courteous and friendly during day to day interaction.

I go to this gym to work out at least 3 times a week- they are friendly and the place is kept nice :) on the other days I usually come to tan. The tanning beds are pretty much always open.. and worst case scenario there’s only one person ahead which is nothing compared to a tanning salon. Price is fantastic as well. The only downside about the tanning beds is that I always have to clean it myself since they don’t check in between people. But they provide cleaning stuff and it takes few seconds. Their beds are very good quality for the price. Another good thing to note is that I never feel intimidated at this gym- everyone is friendly. :) thanks to everyone there :) I greatly enjoy gym day which is hard for me usually hahaa. Nice environment

I enjoy using the facilities when I quit my job in Louisiana I was going to forfeit my membership but working with the kindness and professional young ladies on Darby drive I have decided not to go to a nother gym but stay wit Anytime Fitness all the people I come in contact with a very friendly and delightful to give a hand I want to thank the staff and managers for will then job

I have just became a member here at this location, but I have been a member at Anytime Fitness before and loved it. The lady was very knowledgable about the center and did an excellent job of presenting the tour of the facility. A lot of new things have been introduced since I was a member last of which I am excited about.
