I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Walking through the door for a free consultation was like walking through the door to a new me. It only took three months for me to meet my goals… to lose 20 pounds, a few inches inches, and gain considerable muscle definition. The personal coaching was spot-on, positive, private and produced results. All I had to do was show up with the right attitude and commit to eating healthy. Let me start with working out is my least favorite thing to do. Constance is a God-Send because she is passionate about what she does and truly wants you to succeed. She is always professional, prompt, positive and watches every rep you do to make sure you are giving it your all and not slacking. I had a car accident in January 2023 . I sustained severe right leg bruises internally from the air bags that had deployed at 200 miles per hour. After three months of physical therapy , knee injections, and dry needling i still was not able to fully extend or bend my right knee. After several Mri scans i was advised by 2 orthopedic surgeons to have my knee scoped due to osteoarthritis that had developed due to trauma. There was a 50/50 chance that the scope could clean out the arthritis and inflammation. I did not want to have surgery so as a last resort I hired Constance as my personal trainer. My thought at the time was maybe if i lost weight i could relieve pressure on knees and gain mobility. When i first started I could barely do any of the exercises that Constance had designed for me. She encourage me every step of the way to do what i can even if i moved slow. I am happy to say that after one year of going two days a week, for one hour i have full mobility of both legs. I can bend down , do squats and can run on the treadmill with no pain. This is definitely the place to come to if you want to regain muscle strength or obtain muscle strength. Although there is no cure medically for osteoarthritis you do not have to live with the pain of it. I do not take any medicines for muscle pain. With Constance expertise on muscle training and reconditioning your body i highly suggest you hire her as your personal trainer if you want real results.

Body of Work Fitness is definitely the place to get in shape! If you are looking for a trainer who will push you and help you reach your goals, then Constance is that trainer. Her knowledge and encouragement have been essential to getting me where I am now. There are several days I wanted to give up, but she helped to keep me motivated and change my way of thinking when it came to food and exercise. Hands down the best decision I’ve made for myself. At 60 years old, and retired for 3 years I was always tired, stiff and in pain. Love!!!💕🎉 If you want a trainer who works with you where you are and pushes you to improve… look no further!!!! I wanted to get in better shape, get where I could move again, lose some weight, and get active before it was too late. I am 53 and started training 3xs a week with Constance… I lost 25 lbs, lost inches in all the right places and gained in muscle!!!💪🏼 I was able to come of my blood pressure meds!!!! Constance is fantastic…a motivator, has a great attitude, and has a great love for the Lord!!!!! Work outs are varied and appropriate… no pressure/comparisons as its one on one!!! My goal was to reduce body fat and to get stronger, but not bulk up.
While I did not seek out a nutrition plan with Constance she did encourage healthy eating.
My beginning weight was 192lbs and my waist was 38.5 inches
Now after 6 months my weight is 173lbs and my waist is 34 inches
I can sustain a 9 min mile versus 10:30 mile plus or minus and I am more flexible since Constance stretched my body for 5 minutes after each workout.

After years of trying to lose weight on my own after having my baby, in 2017 I decided to reach out to Constance for personal training sessions at BOW. She customized a training plan just for me. I was able to lose all the weight I gained during my pregnancy within six months.
When I moved back home, I tried to find a trainer with Constance level of expertise and consistency, but was not successful. In June, I started back training with Constance through the BOW APP. The workouts are easy to follow and Constance is always there. Every week, she provides my customized workouts through the app. So far, I feel stronger and have more energy. Constance will continue to be my trainer because she is an amazing one!

Before my dad, who is seventy-three, was diagnosed with dementia this year, I reached out to Constance in January because dad was lethargic and seemed depressed, rarely leaving his bedroom during the day and moving oh so slowly, lacking energy and strength. Constance replied quickly to my request for more information and we set up a time to talk within the week. Just a couple of days later, my dad, mom and I went to Body of Work for his scheduled fitness consultation just to determine his level of ability and fitness. That day he committed to going to Constance for 1-on-1 training two days a week.
Six months in and so far the only thing I regret is not committing to three days a week instead of only two! Though we have a better understanding of my dad's lethargy and cognitive decline in relationship to dementia, committing to Body of Work (1hr. sessions, 2 days a week) has proven invaluable to someone like my dad who finds it hard to self motivate and be a self-starter. As early as March, mom commented on small differences in dad's posture -- his back is straighter; he raises his feet higher when he walks and he moves faster.
Strength, stamina, and mobility are all too important aspects of our lives that I took for granted. Thanks to Body of Work, dad is practicing exercise training that incorporates activities of daily life like squatting and getting up off of the floor, bending over with ease...Dad's medications leave him dizzy so all of these activities are important to the realities of this disease.

I moved here from Louisiana 4 years ago and have been working out with Constance at Body of Work for 4 years and counting.(She has to train me until I am 70, haha). I came to Constance with nearly a decade of a set fitness routine in place. I am extremely disciplined and dedicated to my health and fitness regimen. Also, I always have to feel challenged while training. That can be a "challenge" for the trainer. Constance has delivered from day one. Constance does not phone in her sessions. She is not only knowledgable and skilled as a personal trainer, she is passionate about utilizing that knowledge to help her clients to improve upon or maintain a strong and able body. It's more of a calling than a "job" for her. In training with Constance, you can fully expect to "work" as it is a "work out". I never have to worry that there won't be the variety and complexity that I need to feel challenged. I am self-motivated but I even need to be pushed from time to time. Constance provides that extra push and encouragement. Constance has trained me through an injury I occurred running my fifth marathon, a recent surgery and my jokingly sarcasm and sassiness. Her ability to adapt to her client's needs are unparalleled. Those adaptations may be physical, mental, emotional, motivational or even spiritual in nature. She is personal, professional, and respectful. If you are looking for 100%, Constance is for you. I am a tough judge and my expectations are high and I am thrilled to have Constance as my trainer. Whatever your goals, be it weight loss, weight maintenance, strength or endurance gains, flexibility, balance, agility, etc.....you can be certain that Constance possesses the skills to help you achieve them. I am 68 years old and retired. Once my lifestyle slowed down, I began to over indulge in eating. I began to notice the extra pounds I had gained. I had painful arthritis in both knees and have lymphedema in my left arm. My doctor told me if I did not lose weight I would need to have knee surgery.

I’m really enjoying my workouts with Constance, and I’m already seeing results after just a few weeks. I’ve lost a few pounds, have more energy, and am already stronger. I have been attending boot camp classes at Body of Work for over 3 years now and could not be happier with my results. Whenever I’m investing into a service or product, I take the time to research all options which includes reading reviews over and over again before committing!
I actually hate writing reviews because I can be long-winded, but if there is ever a service that I really support and agree with, I feel somewhat of a moral responsibility to take the time to write reviews for any organization that I find of high excellence as well as the ones I deem THE WORST. That said, I have previously worked out with B.O.W. Personal Fitness Training years prior to relocating to my current state of Maryland. The training was so effective for me that I knew I wanted to get it again, as I strive to get back into the best shape of my life!
Not only was I ecstatic to learn that B.O.W. Personal Fitness Training had now implemented their new virtual program, but I was not disappointed after restarting it!
Let’s be clear though; it's not easy! When you first start, you might be out of breath (especially if you’re beginning again after a long hiatus like myself), you will very likely sweat, and you're definitely going to feel that “good kind of pain” the next day—which I love because I instantly feel as though the workouts are effective!
Not only did the B.O.W. Virtual Fitness Training Program help whip me back into shape after the first month of virtual training, but it also increased my endurance considerably as I prepare to become a competitive swimmer this season! With the help of this program, I was able to gain the confidence that I desired to get into my swimwear and take my swimming classes with others!
I will refer to this virtual program to help me maintain my results and feel good about staying on track! Constance is my personal favorite trainer at B.O.W. if you’re able to schedule with her, but the entire staff is is knowledgeable and competent! Her cueing is on point, she does not let you slack & ALWAYS provides modifiers for the movements! Very highly recommended!

I have been working with Constance for several years now. As a personal one on one trainer, then in a group class and most recently in a 30 minute ZOOM setting (Aug); I just keep coming back! She really cares about your physical health and about you, plus she provides a great workout! She helps you achieve your goals safely.
