Our clients enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature “floating floor” that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. I joined Burn Bootcamp in February. It is everything you could want from a workout. It's always challenging and always fun. It's perfect for people wanting HIIT but with weight training thrown in the mix. It's empowering and encouraging. The Burn community is wonderful. We cheer each other on and celebrate our accomplishments together. Come check it out! Your only regret will be not trying it sooner.

Each camp is designed for a total body experience. Challenging and engaging. You will only see the same combinations of exercises once. Even though my recovery time is not what it used to be, I feel the difference in just the 4 camps I've attended.

Absolutely love this place! I love that I get the experience of a personal trainer in a group setting. The staff and the owner at Burn Boot Camp Auburn are all so friendly and kind. Burn has changed my life. I have been going for couple months now and I’m sad when I miss a day. I have made so many amazing friends by joining Burn!! And as a mama I also love that they have child care included!!! Definitely a super plus for this mama!!

Going to Burn regularly has been the best experience for me. I thrive in a gym environment that is friendly and encouraging, where people don’t take themselves too seriously. We have fun AND we work hard. I love that there are always modifications if I’m not quite ready for the full movement, but I’ve noticed as I’ve continued showing up consistently that i really am getting stronger bc I don’t have to do modifications hardly at all anymore! That is a huge non-scale victory for me, but there have been scale victories as well as I build muscle and burn fat. Yes, I can do push-ups more easily and can run further and faster than I could before I started, but even better is that I am a happier person all around just getting in those 45 minutes a day!

I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp! It’s a place where all levels of fitness can workout together and feel comfortable. The trainers are amazing providing tips, adjustments, and modifications as needed. I love the crew I workout with too! The people there are just as encouraging as the trainers.
