I joined CPT in Oct 2023 hoping to get fit for my daughter’s wedding. After joining I lost the 15 stubborn pounds I had been trying to get off. Adding strength training has been so much more than that. I feel better physically and mentally. Nate tailors the workouts to each individual and works with you to become better/stronger. Now after coming over a year, I can’t imagine going anywhere else!! Great gym, great workouts and great friends! I look forward to getting even stronger in 2025

I started with Halle in January of 2024 and the results I have been seeing just after 4 weeks is amazing!!!!! I use to go to Burn Montgomery before this but because they closed down so I had to find a place where it would be just women only just for my hour of getting a training in and she was able to do that and I saw more progress with her than Burn!!!!My body has transformed and she helps me out with any diet issues as well!She is so knowledgeable and such a sweetheart! Love this place!

This is gym has everything that you need for a workout and it is private. It is more one on one or a small group. The rates are great for a personal trainer. Halle and Nate do a great job of listening and guiding you to meet your goals. I would definitely recommend Center Personal Training.

I’ve been working with Halle for almost a year now, and she’s been great! I haven’t reached my goals yet, but that’s because I struggle with food and exercise self-discipline. She has been sooooo patient and understanding (but also encouraging) with me! Even though I struggle with self-discipline, I’ve still learned so much about macros, food, exercise, etc. I used to be apprehensive about working with a trainer, but she’s been awesome! Highly recommend!

omg where do i even start. i’ve been with halle for 2+ years and let me tell you, to keep it simple, i talk about this girl literally 24/7. she has helped me in MORE ways than just through fitness. i’ve grown so much as a person because of Halle, and i credit where i am at in life to her. i literally trust her with my WHOLE life. i can be SO stubborn and she’s stuck my side through everything i throw at her (and i’ve thrown A LOT at her lol). either way, if i can give 1000 stars, i would! i can not recommend her enough! i am so glad she is in my life and everyone deserves a Halle. hardest worker in the room and literally the best trainer but also the bestest friend i could have. she’ll definitely tell you how it is and push you, but that’s what a good trainer entails and you won’t find ANYONE like her.

I started training with Halle almost 2 years ago because I was experiencing vertigo that was keeping me from doing most workouts - even walking. She tailored a regimen for me that I was able to do without getting dizzy, and she even helped me to find a PT to help with my symptoms! This girl TRULY CARES about her clients and treats them like family. And at 52 years old, I feel stronger and in better shape than ever! If you’re looking for a personal trainer, please look no further than Empowered Performance! Halle is really kind and yet still serious when it comes to your goals and meeting them. Sessions are an hour long and easy to schedule. There’s no hassle or pressure to rebook with her, she lets you decide on your own. I personally started going to reach a goal of 22 push-ups in under a minute (I couldn’t do ANY!). My first session was at the beginning of June 2022 & I did my first, unassisted push-up sometime in July. I reached and surpassed my goal of 22 push-ups in October 2022. Prices are very reasonable as well. Not only does she attend to you while your session is being held, but she gives you tips on what to do when you are not with her and on your own time. She is great at what she does! Whatever goal you have in mind, she will help you reach it!
