I received numerous of phone calls and texts just for no one to show up, no one was at the front desk, I came five minutes early as requested, waited over 15 minutes in the dark. Drove 30 minutes to get here and was really excited . HIGHLY unprofessional and disrespectful. Thanks for wasting my time

I am 65 year old man with cardomyph. Stan, Danny, and Erin motivates me to workout with them! My Heart Doctor is very pleased with my strength, my heart condition. My posture is alot better and my muscle have development in my arms, chest, and legs.
I am very grateful too them helping me. I am not where I want to be yet however, I will be with their guidance, and incouragement.

What can I say... This is my 2nd home. A place where I am celebrated for my victories and accomplishments, held accountable when I am tired and sometimes think I can't go any further. A place where "It's Hard, but It's Fair." - rules. A place where my other family congregate together and push each other to do one more, go a little further, be a little more each and everytime I walk into the doors. After years of doing it on my own, I always found myself back at the same place. I joined to get over the hump !! I really didn’t know what a jewel I had stumbled across. It’s not about the weight loss, It’s about creating a space that encourages you to change your lifestyle and holds you accountable to yourself! Just when I thought they were sent to save me, my son began to train as well. I quickly realized that we had started a journey that would change everything! I really could go on forever! These guys have a model like none I’ve ever experienced! I am thankful that God and time saw fit to share them with us!! These guys have become our family! They have given us a safe place to grow, to succeed, to fail, to laugh and to cry! We are stronger simply by being in their presence. If you are not happy where you are, or need to get over the hump, maybe you want try something new…. I encourage you to come out!! The only thing you can lose are pounds and unhealthy habits!!! I love my trainers and my #fitfamily. Everyone here is absolutely inspiring and encouraging. We truly feed off each other. I love being able to go to the different bootcamp classes. The personal training brings it to a whole different level.
