This was the worst customer service experience overall I've ever delt with. I will never go back to this place and will tell you that the gentleman Trey who claims his the supervisor at Tillman Corner was even false.

I came into the facility to sign up and the gentleman who signed me up not one time mentioned about $54.99 annual fee. The guy who signed me informed me about the $5 and showed me a price sheet which I selected the $25 membership fee. I asked several times through out the sign up process about what would be coming out because managing money is what I do for living.

Out of no where today I see a $54.99 charge and was never told about it. I called to dispute the charge and as I am explaining this to the so called acting manager Trey his talking to me like he was there standing next to the guy who signed me up. No sympathy no empathy just straight accusations as to what I missed heard and swore up and down the gentleman gave me that information.

As I am asking for corporate number or who is above him he proceed to say him and in the middle of me talking he hangs up in my face. This gentleman I have absolutely no clue how he got that position because he damn sure wanted to escalated the situation other than defusing it.

If I am the one signing up, you have a piece of paper with pricing, I chose the $25 fee that fits my budget and I'm pretty sure I would be calculating to when or how those funds would be collected. Not one time could he have been that there was a miscommunication at all. I spoke with the airport location and explained the situation that just took place with me and Trey.

The manager there was able to give me more information, they were apologetic, and explained they've had the same issues with staff leaving out that information.

I would advise anyone from dealing with Tillman Corner because Trey will push you to a place you don't want to go. Especially by topping it off by hanging up in your face. I do hope that Club4 Fitness can rectify this situation but this was the worse experience I've had.

Great environment to tear, shred and watch for growth. Great selection of machines and free weights. Its always clean and weights are always up not left around. AWESOME music station on the TV. Great selection of drinks and protein mixes. Ive been in a lot of gyms in my Veteran life, this one is the Best so far. Great staff, Alyssas my brat, she loves it there.

If you tan or do red light it's not 24hrs as stated. That's for customers that workout ONLY! There's noone to turn on the beds after hrs because ALL staff leaves at 8pm for the day. So if u plan to tan after 8pm dont bother wasting gas because u will be doing just that. Other than that its a very nice clean place to join. Its also pretty big so that's a + also.

Gym itself is great, but good luck cancelling your membership for any reason. I have to REGISTER on some website to request a cancellation for and then wait 30 days for my membership to expire and even then, I STILL have to pay the fees within the 30 days. What part of “I can’t afford it” do y’all not grasp? Used to love coming here but it kind of sucks now because of all these fees and payments and horrible canceling process

Edit: right now I’m trying to request a cancellation form but it’s not even sending to my email and there’s no other way to cancel. Why is it so hard to just cancel in the gym or over the phone…

Bait and switch beware!!!

They entice you with a great trial “deal” on a month-to-month deal with NO COMMITMENT - I decided it was a little bit more than what I needed, especially when it came to the cost. It just wasn’t feasible for me.

I let them know 5 days after signing up - they now tell me I’m locked in and owe a yearly due, on top and the next month amount to a grand total of $80+ dollar.

I even called my local club 4 to ask about the cancellation policy just in case it didn’t work out for me - I even took screenshots as I was setting up my account trying to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. - well they got me!! after sending an email to customer support they point out at the VERY Very bottom I have to give a 30 day written notice to cancel.

Come to find out even during a no commitment, month-to-month “trial” you STILL get locked in to paying them a yearly due and of course the next month amount.

I do understand that I signed a contract and that that money is due - HOWEVER - you have to admit it is completely false advertisement with the flashy trial with no commitment - They know nobody is going to sit down and read every page of the contract especially after I called and felt confident that the employee gave me the correct information. - Nope

on another note, if you planning on joining a gym, long-term, and ready to make a commitment it seems like it would be a nice gym. Not trustworthy within but nice on the outside.

Signed up because of the draw of them being open 24 hours a day and also the draw of them having tanning beds. Signed up for two months now, never even been to the gym once, they just took out the Once a year fee of 50$ PLUS the monthly 35$ and now I find out that the tanning beds aren’t available twenty four seven and that defeats the entire purpose of signing up with this company. Also OFCOURSE they say the yearly fifty dollar fee is non refundable🤦🏽🤦🏽 Very Much So Let Down By Club 4 Fitness and their inability to make this right.

The gym itself is nice and clean. No other members really bothered me in any way. Staff was nice and helpful. Not a fan of this franchise as a whole. The free consultation they bug you to do is just to get you to sign up for a year contract of personal trading. And I wasn’t informed that it was a contract so I got stuck with it. Also when canceling the regular membership there’s a 30 day cancellation policy so they can get one more month of money from you. Plus the cancellation fees. Mine ended up being $77.

The last GM was great. This brand new GM is a disrespectful kid. Still love the gym, but I'm not going to be talked down to by a child that thinks it's some big flex to be a couple months in at a gym as GM that I've got more time in than any employee. No disrespect to club 4 itself or the owners. But, this kid you've got running things is disrespectful as all get out. To the GM: Maybe try "sir, your wife sitting in the waiting area is against club policy" instead of "NO, WE CANT HAVE THAT HERE" like I'm doing something wrong. The way this kid talked to me like I was scum on the bottom of his shoe...I asked every single time if my wife could wait on me while I workout. (Because why in the world would that be problem?)Today I come in and I'm confronted like I was trying to pull a fast one. Their are reasons my wife was with me. It's not just because I want her there. You couldn't imagine the things she's been through the last year. But, I would have figured something out for her had I been told that it was against policy her sitting in the waiting area. She didn't deserve to be talked to like this kid talked to us. I didn't cause a scene. I kept my cool. More than he deserved. Shameful.

I absolutely love it there. A great place with good vibes, clean facility, and great atmosphere. I think Braylon is awesome. He makes sure your workout is productive and consistent. He’s very hard working and dependable. He’s also very helpful and attentive as is his boss Leon. Leon is a very intelligent professional manager that accommodates his guests with the highest level of respect and professionalism. Leon addresses every issue brought to his attention expeditiously. Now I can stand for some upgrade coffee pots but overall this is my happy place. Very clean. Did I say extremely clean, and organized. Great job Tillman’s Corner 💯. I highly recommend this place because of Leon and Braylon.

Front desk staff need serious retraining and an attitude adjustment. Had my AirPods in (no music playing) walking in one night and overheard them talking trash about three different people who weren't in perfect shape that walked by. If you worked the desk that night and are reading this, you are a horrible person. People come to the gym to improve their health, not to get talked about behind their backs by 20 and 30-somethings who are still mentally in high school. After going through a horrible debt collection disaster with this company earlier this year after they mistakenly assigned our debit card to someone else's account, which never got resolved by the district manager and nearly tanked my wife's credit score (almost had to get a lawyer involved), I will be canceling my membership and encouraging my friends to do the same. This entire company is asleep at the wheel and has very little accountability built in. I should not have to handhold someone into a basic customer service function for a company I don't work for. AVOID.

Club 4 Fitness is a nice gym. They've got all the equipment and weights you need to work out. The staff and fellow guests have all been friendly.

The gym could probably replace some accessory equipment and add a few extra 5 pounds plates.

Additionally, I'm not a fan of how they handle downgrading your membership. They will charge you the annual fee again as if you were signing up for the first time.

Of the other Club4fitness in mobile, in my opinion is the largest. That being said, it will get packed but you can still get a good workout in without waiting on weights or equipment. Love love love. I have been going a month,and wish I would have started here a long time ago. 100xs better then any other gym in my opinion. There is a ton of machines to choose from, very nice and helpful workers, and for me ,the tanning beds are awesome. Not expensive at all,and very much worth the money. The only thing I don't like is that they aren't like planet fitness where you are able to bring a guest. But that is the only thing that I can say for me personally. Highly recommend club 4 if your looking for a gym.

I have no issue with my home location it was clean, friendly staff and great equipment. My issue came when I needed to cancel the membership. Being I’m not under contract and called to cancel before the withdrawal date, one would expect there to be no fee right?! Wrong..it was explained that yes I could cancel at anytime since I have an open ended agreement but I still owed the $25 monthly fee because of some 30 day nonsense. The being able to cancel at anytime is an absolute joke and speaking with customer service is horrible.

Love the gym, but despise their 3rd party "Debt Collectors". I was extremely happy with the facility. I had to lock my debit card due to fraud and they tried to debit my card. The day after a 3rd party debt collector starting harrasing me. It was daily phone calls, emails and text, sometimes it was over 3 times a day. It completely soured my excitement about being a member.
Why couldn't Club 4 Fitness called and I would have happily paid the next months membership. Why does a fitness center need 3rd party debt collectors???

Was charged 54 dollars for yearly fees and was not expecting it which overdrafted account got late fees when bank charged back the money, got the late fees taken off and tried to pay agian which failed got new late fees was told they would be taken off paid the 54 dollars the late fees were charged 4 days later overdrafting bank account again and costing 35 dollars came to complain and they said they would take the fees put and couldn't help me with the 35 dollar overdraft fee from my bank told them I was considering canceling my membership and was told by a manager I could cancel anytime on the app and went to check the app the next day and find out he canceld my membership that I just paid 54 dollars for because of yearly fees its a 10 dollar a month membership I started a month and a half ago but I paid 70 dollars to start the membership then 54 dollars a month later for "yearly fees" and they cancel the membership right after I pay for it this is a shady place that is only interested in money
