Best privately owned gym in walker county , surrounding area. Owners are hardworking family oriented couple . Has every machine you need plus you can get a hard-core free weight work out here. Yes you have to pick up your own weights. No it's not planet fitness and doesnt try to be . 24 hour access with membership and key

I typically NEVER review places on here but today I just had to.I Was looking for a new gym and decided to give this one a shot. I have pretty severe gym anxiety so I was automatically worried walking in but the lady who greeted me was beyond welcoming! Lovely small talk and kept checking in with me to make sure I didn’t need any help. Then she invited me to do a class with her and around 6 others. 30 minutes class, very intense (for me at least😂) but she was very patient, and showed me how to work the different machines. I cannot wait for tomorrow. Talk about a welcoming and wonderful place. Highly recommend

Cornerstone Gym is a great place to reach your goals. The owners are friendly, and the facility is clean. It has an old-school powerlifting layout. This place makes you feel like family.
