Very disappointed! My wife is so upset because box fit will not resume back in the gym. My wife loves box fit, which was the main reason she started going to Cornerstone. They moved box fit to a very small room until the gym floors were repaired. She stopped going until it was completed, only to find out that box fit would not return to the gym. Will have to stay in the small room because the owner doesn’t want to chance a scratch on the gym floor. It’s a gym! Why would they put wood back in instead of upgrading to a rubber floor…if they were going to be so concerned about protecting the floors. Or could get a large mat to cover it. The Gym floors seem more important than the paying clients that keep their business going. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. That class made my wife happy.

I just have to brag on how clean the women's locker room and showers are, as well as the gym! The calendar stays full of a variety of classes that will meet the needs from beginner to advanced levels! Also, I am thankful for a gym and physical therapy location all in one, just a few miles from my home! I'm thankful for an indoor pool and hot tub for ongoing pool therapy and excercises that I need. I utilize it as a gym and also for physical therapy needs I've previously went through and currently going through. Thankful for such a nice and caring staff: past and present! :-)

I have only had nice experiences here. They made a billing mistake and corrected it without any problems. Nice staff, they have child care on certain nights, and an indoor pool, and gym with a Cardio room with plenty of tvs.

Excellent gym. Great class selection, full time Physical therapy staff, tons of equipment and cardio. Also has aquatic classes and basketball court. I love that there are people of all ages and physicality here so that everyone Feels welcome.The staff are amazing, accessible, and have been a great help to my father over the years.

My toddler goes to PT here & all of the therapists are great... as well as the other patients. He often gets cranky & upset about having to do therapy but EVERYONE is always so patient, kind, and understanding. They work with him & know when to push him and when not to... The front desk staff is always wonderful. We've never had any issues scheduling, canceling, or rescheduling appointments.

Super Nice! Clean! Today was my 1st physical therapy after my surgery on my right shoulder and it was painful! But this girl was very gentle and very sweet she knew that I was uncomfortable for the pain. She helped me through my exercises and at the end she put ice pack on my shoulder and like electric small patches it felt really good! Thank you! 💞

Great workout to get in the best shape you would love to be in. Friendly staff members, clean pool and clean hot tub spa, it's also great for a great and best relaxation after doing a hard workout after and hour or so or whenever. I really greatly recommend this place so much, you'll love it. ❤️

It’s very unfair that the Trainer Elizabeth and others reserve the gym class equipment and spots for their friends that aren’t even there yet. I showed up for mashup 25 minutes early to get a good spot near the front and decent gym equipment only to find that all the front part and almost all gym equip. was already reserved by Elizabeth for her friends that weren’t even there yet! They always show up late, it’s completely unfair for those of us to try and get there early only to have it stolen out from us for tardy people and bad instructors.
It should not be allowed to reserve spots or gym equip. it should be first come first serve. Elizabeth and others need to change their way of doing things.

The only heated pool that is almost 90°. I love swimming in the early morning. They also have a great Physical Therapy team.(old review)

I have been coming here about 7 years and it is still the warmest cleanest pool around!! Friendly staff—I love Kristi the receptionist—she’s soo friendly and helpful!! The hot tub is very warm and nice as well. They have a full gym with all kinds of equipment, lots of swimming classes; arthritis classes—great place to get in shape!!
