Crew Fitness is an awesome workout!! Today was my first class and I loved it. Marie was an excellent coach, the environment was energizing, the facility was very clean, and everyone made me feel welcome. The class consisted of circuit training with row machine, cycle, and floor exercises. I am excited to go back!

I've never had a workout make me want to stay around for more than a year. But I love team sports. The CREW environment has had me working out as often as humanly possible since 2017. I've been a member for 5 years! Crew Fitness is one of my very favorite places - I absolutely love the people and the workout. I recommend to anyone looking for a new fitness routine!!!

I love the whole vibe! The workouts are challenging and can be scaled up or scaled down, depending on how youβre feeling that day. I always get a great full body workout and huge amount of stress released. The lights, music, coaches and the Crew all work together to create a really fun atmosphere. I find the coaches to be especially supportive and inspiring - which is such a great added benefit to what Crew Fitness offers. Highly recommend!

I have been in the hospital for almost a month I suffer from lupus I just got out 4 days ago my doctor gave me the okay to go back to workout as long as I took it slowly and only started with 20 mins a day till I build myself up. I explain this to Carrie and she was very understanding and made me feel comfortable and told me do what you can and don't worry about being perfect just move I feel like I keep going I be back up in know time. I've never been one for actual workout "classes" until I started Crew! The instructors, the people, the atmosphere are all top notch and I love being a part of the Crew Family! I am now hooked and even sometimes willingly go more than once a day π...no other workout has ever brought that out of me! The best part is that Crew is for all fitness levels. You can go at your own pace as you continue to build speed and strength...and I promise you will! Your first class is FREE so you have nothing to lose and everything to gain! There is a sense of community in this place that develops after you've been there a few times. The sweat, the struggle & the sacrifice come together here, and you can get the results you want, if you do the work.
If I can trust my Fitbit, I burn about 500 calories each 45 minute class, plus another couple hundred after with my body trying to cool down.
There are currently 7 instructors, and each has their own style of helping you get the most out of your time there.
They have an app for iPhone or Android for easy scheduling, and if you're old school like me, you can also use your desktop computer as well.
They also have free childcare during certain classes (my kids are grown, so I'm not sure of the hours).
They have classes throughout the day, and if you make the time, you can fit it into your day. They have various packages at different price points, too.
At first, I thought they were really expensive. But, as I've looked around, they're not charging more than everyone else is. Ultimately, I've done the work to lose over 40 pounds here in the past 8 months, but a lot of that work wouldn't have been done without the positive atmosphere at Crew Fitness.

Love love love Crew Fitness! The instructors are very thorough with teaching the movements and are very encouraging. The music sets the beat for the workout and it is hard to not get excited about it. You will definitely get a great workout in and leave feeling so accomplished! The studio is very clean, along with the bathrooms and showers. The towel service is such an added bonus! If you're looking for a great low impact workout, this is the place to go!

A lot of fun, literally anyone can do it. Fittest of the fit or just starting on your fitness journey. Low impact so it doesn't take a toll on the body like running would, however it's actually a better workout. Staff is second to none and come from all walks of life. Try it once and you are hooked.

I tried Crew Fitness as a supplement to my normal workout, attempting to add more cardio to my regime. It was an intense, fast pace workout. We used the rower, dumbbells, and body weight movements set to great music. My first class was challenging and left me wanting to come back. I would definitely recommend hitting up Crew.
