One of my favorite boxes! Great for drop ins and new members plenty of space, gear, rig space, and every piece or equipment you could want. Give them a shot 100%

The owners were great. Folks were friendly. Workout was challenging and appropriate for new/experienced CrossFit athletes alike. Convenient to downtown was a plus.

Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Coaches are great with helping no matter what your skill level. If you live near downtown Montgomery or are just passing through I highly recommend.

We are a small Crossfit community in the heart of Montgomery's railyard industrial area just outside of downtown Montgomery and near Riverwalk Baseball stadium. The community is small but tight knit consisting of young professionals, military families from Maxwell Airforce Base, and some great Master's level athletes and kids. We have a certain rugged old school CrossFit charm no frills and very straight forward, but focused. Several of the coaches have 7+ years of CrossFit certified experience. We are very inviting of new faces and welcome drop-ins from out of town all the time visiting or paying through Montgomery. I personally am not a coach I just workout here.

I did a one-month membership with CrossFit Montgomery while attending training at Maxwell AFB. It was great. The coaches and the athletes were very nice and welcoming. It's in a unique warehouse type of building and it's near Maxwell AFB. The workouts were awesome and I'm glad I was able to workout with them for a few weeks. Tom, Chris, and Greg were all great coaches. If you are in the area, I'd definitely recommend visiting/joining CrossFit Montgomery.

Excellent gym to be a part of, if you want a challenge, get in shape, or be competitive in any sport; I highly recommend giving this gym a try. By chance, if you feel that the workout is something above your skill level, trainers there will adjust your exercise to where you can safely complete your workout with confidence, great gym....try it out one day.

Whether you are dropping in or a permanent resident of Montgomery, this gym is the place to be. I travel a fair amount and needed a place to drop-in for a Saturday workout, and CrossFit Montgomery met me with open arms. Brandon treated me like I was one of their own, and his community greeted me as if I was an old friend. The workout was a team style workout which I wasn’t left standing by myself as someone almost immediately partnered up with me. The workout was great. I noticed that some members scaled and Brandon was there to help them. That is always comforting as I hate going to places and seeing people do scary lifts. So have no fear; everyone was working to their ability and having a really good time.

The facilities were awesome! They were unique, but screamed CrossFit. It was an industrial setting mixed with an iconic southern vibe that was warm and inviting, but gritty enough to suggest work happens here.

So if you are just in the area or looking to give CrossFit a try for the first time, I totally recommend this gym. The members treated one another like family, and I had a great time. Thanks CrossFit Montgomery.
