I personally really enjoy this gym. The facilities are as clean they can be (it’s a gym people), also everyone at the front desk is really nice. But my favorite perk of all is Kids Crunch. This mama of 2 needed to get her workouts in and it’s such a relief to be able to leave them somewhere safe and close by. My kids love Miss Dakota and another young lady there (I’m not sure of her name) Honestly all of them are so sweet though. I highly recommend just for this reason alone, but the gym overall is great.

The person showing me around the gym was making faces at the person over by the counter when they thought I wasn't looking and then changed when I did. I think I know what that was about. That's why I didn't speak during the entire showing even before this happened because I can catch vibes.

Looks to be kept cleaner than recent reviews noted now. One thing to look out for is that theyre going to nickle and dime you to death on joining with all kinds of fees. There's a $10 initial consult fee, a $20 join fee, a $54 yearly fee that you pay automatically two months in, a mandatory 90 day period you sign up for on most plans, a hard sale of training plans during joining where it's a minimum of 215 a month on top of everything else.
There is a lot of equipment and it is nice, but a lot of it is kind of weird. Also, they often have a ton of them out of service. So far I see 4-5pm is when it's most packed.
For that consult, they email the report to you without asking if it's ok first. It's encrypted with TLS, but as you know, once it's on the mail server, at least a minimum of provider personal has access. The scan is a rotating view of your body in underclothing.
Probably don't want to sign up for the training program if you do go here. They restrict unsubscribing to you having to chase down a guy (only one) who isn't always there. Then he tells you another payment may go out as it's a ten day window once the form is in. Then the payments keep getting charged after that next payment. Crunch now owes me $110.

I have been attending to the zoo for the past year and a half and also I don’t require a lot to be able to focus on my workout. It has been brought to my attention that some of the members staffed Will 😬 unexpectedly open lockers without any permission provided and he has happened to me twice it’s Really Irritating. The bathrooms are dirty. The showers are dirty the locker room as well and most of the machines don’t work.

This gym was fine until I needed to cancel. I was moving & I went in to ask about how to cancel my membership and was given a card. I called the number on the card and never got a response back from them. Prior to this I submitted an online form that was on crunch’s website and I was told that it would cancel my membership. After filling out the form the website said I would receive a response confirming my cancellation within 48 hours. I never received that response. I was then charged a membership fee & a RENEWAL fee. This was completely outrageous. I called auburn and was told that I would have to call back when a manager was there, but was not given hours that they would be there. This is insane to me that I have done everything I can do and are still being charged. It seems to me that the crunch corporation as a whole is just there to steal your money and the managers at the local gyms will do nothing about it.

This is by far the nastiest gym in the surrounding area. Literally a gas station bathroom is cleaner than this place. Hand soap was empty for days due to not having a female who could change it or clean the bathroom. The black gunk and hair in the sink has been there at least 4 days, dried gum on the floor, toilet paper everywhere, trash overflowing. Don't even get me started on the group rooms, filthy floors with dead bugs, yoga mats covered in dirt and grime. The kids area toys are covered in black gunk. your kids leave with black hands and feet with their clothes covered and dingy. I love the group fitness and the childcare workers are nice just sadly understaffed and way over capacity for 1 worker but clearly this new management doesn't care about the cleanliness and concerns of its members.

I’ve been going to Crunch for a long time, and the group fitness rooms are always dusty and dirty — dust in the corners, bugs crawling around. I’ve complained to managers multiple times over the past year, but nothing ever changes. It’s clear they don’t take cleaning seriously. Very disappointing.

I came to this gym in April got baited in by the Manager of the gym and he told me I will train you myself and yes that happen maybe 4 or 5 times since April I asked to get out the contract and he told me no I had 60 days before I can cancel and then it turned into 90 days I have not worked out with a trainers since May.. and I want all my money back.. I will take this further if nothing is resolved

Crunch Auburn has the worst management in town. I've been trying to cancel training for over a month now and even after signing everything I needed to, they are still charging me. The managers are the only ones who can approve the cancelation process and everything has to be done in person, yet the managers are never around. Even when you catch them at the gym they are useless and don't care about how my money is being stolen and it's because of them. I would recommend any other gym in Auburn over Crunch because of the horrible experience I've had!

If I could I would leave -5 ⭐. When you start, they tell you a trainer is $10 extra a month. I even said to the associate that I didn't like surprises and confirmed that my membership would be 39.99/mo. Turns out the trainer is charging a grip and the $10 is for a consultation. I signed papers for them to cancel the service and they charged me a month later. No sir. Then I keep calling trying to get my service cancelled and I can't until they cancel the private sessions.

They are refusing to cancel my membership. I personally canceled my membership seven months ago, yet I have continued to be charged. I've called the Auburn location multiple times to speak with the manager, but each time I’m told the manager is unavailable with some kind of excuse. They provided me with a number to call for cancellation, but despite leaving several voicemails, I have received no response. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and amounts to a clear abuse of the system. If you ever decide to cancel, make sure you receive a cancellation number—without it, they will continue to charge you. It's truly disappointing that you can't trust this gym to do the right thing and handle memberships properly. It’s become clear that they're more focused on taking people’s money than providing quality service. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue, as many others have experienced the same struggles based on previous reviews. It's frustrating to see a business operate in such an unethical manner.

They refuse to cancel your membership. I cancelled my membership in person 8 months ago and am still being charged today. I've recently gotten a new card so they can no longer steal my money, but I still can't get them to cancel my membership. The front desk staff doesn't even have the ability to do so, they could only give me a number to a call center to handle it, and they could only "request" to cancel my membership if I pay the balance on my account. Despite the fact that this gym owes me hundred of dollars already, I can't even pay the dues because doing so requires the number on the tag used to scan in, which I no longer have because I cancelled my membership 8 months ago. I've reached out to management multiple times about my situation and they do not respond. Read all the other reviews here of people with the same story. Avoid this gym at all costs, very shady business

I signed up at the Crunch Fitness Center in Auburn Alabama couple weeks ago to better my health. I was very impressed with how clean and large the facility is. I was very excited to start taking control of my weight and excited the facility is up the street from me. My niece and I decided we can work out together since she has been attending the gym which was support for me. She is NOT A TRAINER AND NEVER WAS A TRAINER. My niece and I entered the facility to work out together on 10/12/24. She started showing me the machines she work on so that we can work out together. We were shocked that an employee walked up to us with pad in hand and asked to speak to my niece. He assumed without confirming she was not a trainer. She tried explaining to him she is not a trainer and was not training me. He whom we now know was the District Manager. He started saying they have trainers there. I told him I do not want a trainer. In told the employee when I signed up I did not want a trainer. I told the manager she is my niece, the manager in turn told me he hear that a lot. I was so dumbfounded the way he assumed and believed she was a trainer. The manager seemed to disregard what she was telling him. She has no credentials nor claimed to be one. I deescalated the conversation with him and my niece by letting her know this is his facility, he is not going to give in. I told her she and I know we are not training and to let it go. She and I could not continue to work out because we were in disbelief. I want to say I and her are honest military veterans who wanted to support each other. I have been to several gyms in my life, I have had several trainers throughout my service. I know the difference. We both left the facility. We returned about 20 minutes later to the facility because we were so distraught and in disbelief, asked to discontinue our membership. I wish I had read these reviews before I joined, but I figured since my niece was going for a year it was legit. I pray the cancellation go smooth. I just read the cancellation reviews. SO DISAPPOINTED!

First, I do love my Crunch family! Amazing staff! However, my husband and I pay the highest monthly membership, but are dissatisfied with some major issues that have recently taking place. My first complaint is ALL the broken equipment that never seems to get repaired. Even some of the "working" equipment have issues and do not work properly. Another issue is the constant ceiling leaks all over the gym. Buckets upon buckets sitting all around. I couldn't workout today due to child watch having a leaky ceiling and closing. My husband has also experienced this and has had to go get the kids mid workout. My last complaint is Lia the Kids Crunch manager choosing to leave. She really did drastically improve child watch! She was a true asset to the team and I'm very sad to see her leave. Some things really need to change before Crunch Auburn loses it's entire members and staff. :(

I’ve gone to many crunch gyms as I have the unlimited membership and travel frequently. This one is probably the worst. Went there right at opening on a Sunday and basically was met with dirty bathrooms, multiple broken machines, and a leaking HVAC system. Btw, they fixed that by putting a bucket underneath the leak on top of a bench press. Oh and none of the plates were re-racked. So I had to hunt down 45s because someone hogged them all, lying them around the hacksquat machine the day before, and all the other benches had no plates. Just not ok. Oh and did I mention the bathrooms? Cuz yea….

We travel all over the country to crunch fitness locations regularly but had to cancel due to moving out of the country. We were in Auburn for a bit but our “home” location was in Florida. We were told at the AU location that we could cancel in person when the time came but a month later we were given a card with a number and email that are showing up as SPAM online. When I called, the rep claimed she couldn’t find me OR my husband’s accounts using emails, numbers, names, barcodes, etc. It made zero sense. Hung up and called our original home gym and they canceled over the phone. They also had NEVER heard of a crunch location passing out cards with 888 numbers that are coming up as “robo callers” and emails that google can’t seem to connect to crunch either. Super gross feeling.

Lia & Micayla in childcare are the reason we LOVE Crunch!! Our kids genuinely feel loved and we feel they are truly protected and monitored while we get a lift in. Some days I don’t want to workout in the mornings and afternoons would be easier, but I want Lia and Micayla to watch the kiddos, so I make mornings happen just because Lia and Micayla will be there. I’ve never connected with childcare workers so quickly as I did with Lia and Micayla, they’re absolutely incredible and they truly care for our children as if they were their own. Lia and Micayla give me peace of mind and allow me to focus solely on my workout as opposed to stressing out about my kids the whole time! We LOVE Lia and Micayla!!!

I joined Crunch when it opened last year only because of the great Zumba instructors that were teaching there. There are a few issues that would keep me from recommending someone else to join the main one being the cleanliness overall. I never go to the locker rooms or bathrooms because the last time I did they were really dirty. The other issue is in the group fitness room where the temperature is always too warm to crowd a room full of people for an exercise class. It gets so hot that the floors get slippery and it is really muggy. There are several fans in the room but they are usually spinning in the wrong direction which is pushing the air up not pushing it down. Several members have addressed this issue at the front desk but they don't really know how to correct it and nothing gets done. Hopefully, these issues can be corrected soon because it could be great facility in a great location.
Update 6/8/24- Saturday 7:30 am NO help at the desk. This is a common problem. If you want to tan go to Palm Beach where there is always someone there and they actually clean the beds.

It's hard because I love the hours and the location of this crunch but the place is just so messy. It frequently needs to be cleaned, the amenities (spray tan, sauna, ect.,) work around 1/2 the time, and sometimes the people at the desk are just unhelpful. The machines and amenities being out of service/broken so often really is dissapponting.

Love love love this gym. Signing up was as simple as canceling, and that’s something you don’t see often in gyms. The staff is helpful and answered all my questions without a problem. The gym itself is also incredibly versatile and the memberships have so many options that are beneficial to people of all different kinds of schedules. I hate the fact that during the busiest gym hours 4-6pm they rope off part of the workout floor. I can understand some of the class in the hitt areas. However, when they block off 75% of the workout floor, it makes it really difficult for patrons to use the rope machine, bicycle, boxes, and / or stretch. The layout of this gym is really bad. I wish it was more like the one in Colmbus they have plenty of space and more equipment.
Update this is what I mean you rope off an area an hour before a class start. So patrons aren't sure if they can enter or not. Then when class start you get shown out. This is what it looks like during a busy hours in the stretch/ workout area while all of four people workout in a huge space priority much I think NOT.. Save your money I will be out soon and will not recommend unless something is done to address the matter.

I was nervous about changing my life style and finding a home gym. If it wasn’t for my amazing trainer Matthew aka Matty for guiding me, making me feel comfortable and not like a deer in headlights, and taking the time to show me workouts that were compatible with my body type I probably wouldn’t have kept coming for anything other than the Hydro massage. I have felt so much better because of him and this gym and developed a normal routine!

Enjoyed this gym for the past year, and understand that equipment breaks. However the level of maintenance / repair as well as the cleanliness in the past 3 months seems to have significantly deteriorated. I’m almost to the point of having to go somewhere else due to the amount of equipment broken or potentially unsafe. I really liked your gym & don’t want to leave, how can I as a customer help get these issues resolved?

Increased 1 Star. There has been a noticeable improvement, many machines repaired, cleanliness improved from past. A few new bars for cable machines. Seeing lots of new faces on staff. Still has issues with a few broken machines, flooring warped in places around benches and wear on some things. Thanks and please keep improving.

I've been a member here since they opened the doors for the very first time. After a steady decline in cleanliness and upkeep, I cancelled my membership. The place is absolutely disgusting and left in complete neglect. When equipment breaks, it stays broken for weeks (if not months). The locker rooms are disgusting. Toilets are just left clogged, there is mold/junk on the bowls of the sinks, and the sauna (when it is actually functioning) gets cleaned once every blue moon. It's really sad because this place could be a wonderful gym with just a TINY bit of oversight and accountability.

Such a shame. Been a member of Crunch for a long time under multiple franchisees and this one in Auburn has come by far the worst.
They clearly do not care about their product, their members, or the experience. It has steadily, quickly gone down hill.
- always extremely unclean and unsanitary. From the gym floor to the locker rooms but especially the locker rooms. The checklist sheet I have seen be regularly hidden on purpose by staff members. Because it’s not getting clean. If the manager or franchise owner were to show even the slightest due diligence ror assertiveness, this would be immediately noticed as unacceptable. It has been at least 3 weeks since I’ve seen a single staff member or cleaner touch anything:
- men’s locker on: floor disgusting, urinals disgusting and often not working, stalls often clogged with feces for days, often days without any toilet tissue in either stall, showers disgusting, at least one sink non-functional. Sauna has been broken for almost a month and a half. Each time I ask, a staff member says the maintenance is happening that week and never does. The staff clearly has no clue and doesn’t care about their job.
-gym floor: machines constantly broken with a sign sometimes put on them, sometimes not. Same machines will go weeks, sometimes months without being fixed. Many of the cable adjustable machines between squat racks and leg machines, have the buttons for adjusting the height missing or cables broken for months now. Clearly no management ever does a walkthrough. General staff are nice but also have no incentive to do a good job or address anything. Something so easy and little as filling the spray cleanser bottles and paper towels to clean machines. Literally grabbed one and it was empty. Next closest was empty, tried 2 more and they were bone dry. Made a point to walk the entire gym and only found one that had about 3 oz. left in it. Absolutely laughable.
Again I’ve always loved crunch and hate that I’m being pushed out due to such apathy and lack of even the basic bottom level of effort. That and a completely disgusting level of sanitary conditions bordering health hazard. After all these years, I’m going to have to find another gym altogether. Had this conversation with so many other members of this site too. Something tells me management won’t even bother to notice unless the attrition rate is high enough to force their attention. When I first started coming to this Crunch location I loved it. Over time, so many machines have broken and have stayed broken for months! The sauna has been broken for months! The mirrors are always dirty, and there's never any hand sanitizer in the dispensers. While I understand some things are beyond control, cleanliness most certainly is. .

Went to this location for a little over a year and had to cancel because I was moving cities. Filled out all the paper work to cancel and went on my way. This was 6 months ago. I am STILL getting charged to this day and no one has done anything about it. Last time I called, they said the manager was going through all the cancellations and working on issuing refunds (that's never going to happen) and the other times I have called they said they aren't authorized to give me info and they write down my name and number for someone to call me back. I know multiple people who are no longer with this location and still getting charged. Not sure why this is so unorganized and difficult, but at this point, this gym owes me over $100.

I went to this location almost every day since it opened and then I moved. I loved every time I went and the staff were so amazing. This is more maybe a complaint for the whole system, but I cancelled my membership at this location because I moved to the Athens location. I called a month ago to cancel. The Athens location informed me that they never cancelled my membership! Are you actually joking me right now? I’ve been paying for something I was told was cancelled and taken care of! I called and asked Josh(very nice guy) to see what was up and turns out you can’t cancel over the phone?! Sorry? So was I just lied to or someone just made a mistake? I can totally give grace if it was a simple mistake, but I have a feeling that they are just sneaky and greedy(the corporation not the individual location nor employees). Hopefully, it’ll be cancelled in the next week through their process, but I will continue to make sure it is cancelled by following up every other day. Aagain, I loved this location and its staff members. It was like a second home, but what the heck kind of cancellation process does crunch have going on!

The current state of this gym is concerning; it's rapidly deteriorating, and immediate assistance is crucial. The abduction/addiction, calves machine, cable, and several stair masters are all out of order. The restroom conditions are unacceptable, and managerial presence is lacking. I originated from Tiger Iron, and in retrospect, that was an improvement compared to this. I urge you to either replace the malfunctioning machines to utilize the space more effectively or promptly repair them. Additionally, addressing the cleanliness issues in the bathrooms is imperative. This gym is a disgrace to the Crunch name

I would like to lodge a complaint how half of the machines are extremely loose and probably unsafe, half do not work, along with a fourth of the gym being cut off due to personal classes. This type of gym is usually pretty busy which is normal and okay, but when the dedicated area for guests who pay monthly for this gym is taken up by a exercising class, thats when it gets extremely difficult to accumulate my preferred weights/bars. Also, something that can easily be fixed by management is that there is extreme mold growing in the water machines from where the water pours out from. Crunch fitness, do better

Initially I was very happy with Crunch but about a 1 year into my membership I have seen the decline of the facility and rather weak management of the physical site. Machines lay broken, sometimes for months, other things are poorly maintained, one anemic and often broken water fountain. The place is dirty, the rubber floors are coming up in some areas, benches are cracked etc. I like the location, the people and I like the gym, I would just like to see more focus and attention put on the physical plant. These things are all fixable and not huge matters to resolve but should not be an ongoing issue for a gym this new. The place needs TLC and it can easily return to a great facility.

I canceled my membership Jan 2023 because I was moving.. I then realized four months later they were still charging my card. I was told the only way that they could cancel my memebership now because I was out of town was to send a letter with my signature. Well everytime I sent a letter which was a total of 3 times it was returned to send. I finally told my bank to cancel the payment to them. Well then I get an email that they will send me to collections. Ive have also emailed and called several times to no response. They typically wont answer the phone. This should be illegal. PLACE IS A SCAMMMMMM. I would suggest when you cancel go and take a literal video of you trying to cancel your membership.

They will continuously charge you even after after cancellation. Month after month. When you show up in person they say “you’ll receive your refund in 7-10 days”. When you don’t receive a refund after more than 30 days they stop picking up your call. I’ve been leaving messages for two days in a row, still no return call.

Impossible to cancel your membership, even when your contract is over. I've called and they say I have to mail them. I mail them and they return my mail as undeliverable. The website doesn't allow you to cancel. They just keep you on the hook for months! Its been 6 months of charges and my bank said it might be better to just close my account and open a new one. This gym makes it impossible to cancel a membership. As a recent graduate who moved away from auburn, I have been attempting to cancel my membership from out of town. Crunch makes this essentially impossible. I recommend using a gym like tiger iron, or anytime fitness.

Don’t expect to sign up without paying $50+ before walking out. There is only one water fountain that is broken or needs a new filter half the time. Not enough cable machines and dumbbells are nearly impossible to get since they put chairs and benches right in front. Front desk workers (minus the dude that works the mornings) are also rude.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your overall appearance and cleanliness of your facilities. Frankly, I've never encountered a gym that consistently maintains such a deplorable level of cleanliness. Despite being a member for just a week, I've noticed caution tape on a restroom stall that has remained untouched since my first visit. It's evident that the restrooms haven't received any cleaning attention in ages. Furthermore, the flooring near the bench presses is in dire need of repair. It's only a matter of time before someone trips over and sustains serious injuries, potentially leading to a major lawsuit. It's unbelievable that there seems to be no supervision or management in place at your gym. Honestly, I have a home gym set up in my garage that exudes more class than your establishment. If you're interested, I can even send you pictures for a side-by-side comparison. The only reason I resorted to using your gym is because I lack certain leg equipment at home. However, to my dismay, I discovered that approximately 8 machines are out of order, and it's evident that you have made no effort to repair them. So, while I appreciate your request for feedback through this survey, I have little faith that anything will be done to address these issues. Frankly, I am deeply disappointed with the look and feel of your establishment. I would also like to get compensated back what I did pay for and I'm willing to leave. Unless by a small chance you get these things fixed within a week. Oh and your hot sauna I know that hasn't been cleaned at all need to look at the flooring and the glass window.

The dirtiest gym I have ever been in. Dirt, hair, dust and filth in nearly every corner. Machines with snapped cables just lying on the floor, poorly maintained machines that are already rusting. The floor is bubbling up around all of the benches in the dumbbell area so be on your look out not to trip. Every cleaning station was out of paper towels so there was no way to wipe down machines and the mirrors were also in desperate need of a clean. Bathroom floors were filthy with tiles falling off the wall. For such a new gym this place is crumbling to pieces.

Now, as far as the parking…. We’ll they’re parking is really bad. Like on a steep hill - bad! And It’s not that it’s packed, it’s the design. The parking is so tight. That’s why I took off 2 stars. I recently had the unfortunate experience of being a member at what I consider to be the worst gym I've ever visited. Last year, I signed up for a one-year membership package, but this year I decided to cancel my subscription. To my dismay, the gym continued to charge me despite my attempts to terminate my membership.
Upon noticing these unauthorized charges, I promptly visited the gym to address the issue. The staff assured me that they would refund the money and rectify the situation. Unfortunately, my hopes were dashed when, against their promise, another deduction was made from my account. Perplexed and frustrated, I made another trip to the gym seeking answers. Once again, they reassured me that a refund would be processed.
At this point, the situation had become not only financially frustrating but also mentally taxing. As if the inconvenience wasn't enough, I had to drive an hour to the gym due to relocating. This drain on my time and energy was incredibly disheartening.
For anyone considering joining this gym, I strongly advise caution. Be prepared for the possibility of an ongoing financial commitment that seems impossible to break free from. The gym obtains access to your bank account and appears to have the authority to continue charging you, leaving you helpless even when dealing with your bank.
In conclusion, my experience at this gym has been far from satisfactory. The continuous billing issues, broken promises of refunds, and the considerable effort required to communicate with the staff have made this gym one I cannot recommend to anyone. I hope that my unfortunate encounter serves as a cautionary tale for others, and that no one else has to endure the same frustration and disappointment that I have faced.

Avoid this gym at all costs. A worker at the front table made it seem like I was getting a great deal at $10 a month. He "accidentally" charged the card twice so he extended the membership, making it two months of the best membership option. I asked for a refund but he said that refunds were long and tedious and no one would want to go through it. He acted like he was giving me the better option of another $10 month. He did NOT tell me that there was an annual fee when you have a membership for over 60 days. Looking back, I am sure he planned it. He also did not warn about the 30-day notice for cancellation. So, I ended up paying an additional $30 and $50; $30 for the premium membership because I did not cancel beforehand, and the $50 for the annual fee. That is a total of (10+10+30+50) $100 for going to crunch for 2 months. What a great deal. Just avoid this mess of a gym.

I called crunch in January of 2023 to let them know I will finish paying up last year but I want to cancel my membership. I was told that I had to talk with the local manager to cancel. I called the local gym. I was told that the manager was out and I had to email her. I emailed her got no response. No they have sent my file to a collection agency. Because I refused to pay January February fee. I have Charcot foot. And I have to have neck surgery therefore I cannot use their services. When I signed up they were offering a “free” body scan. They told me I would have to strip down to bra and panties and it would take pictures. I refused. They said I can’t have it done then. They then had me talk to a personal trainer which tried to offer me a $300 month training program.

This gym will fraudulently charge you while claiming they have no documentation of forms you've already filled out. Jeff, the PT manager, said it's not a scam right after he asked me to fill out paperwork I filled out months ago. I have had to charge back multiple transactions after they agreed to issue a refund and never did. I'm now on my third fraudulent charge dispute with this business. I cancelled my membership one month ago and STILL got charged today. Unilaterally charging for services unwanted, unrendered, and explicitly cancelled and then not refunding it -- is a scam. As if that were not enough, the gym itself is dirty. Locker room wasn't clean a single time I went inside.

Miserable place to work out for two reasons.
1. On any given week 3 to 5 pieces of equipment will be broken or missing parts or necessary knobs. Hell the bathroom stall was out of order for months
2. There is ZERO care or concern about capacity. It is so overcrowded it is impossible to do anything. The goal here is to pack as many as possible into the gym without care or concern to customer experience. There is no balance. I see this complaint often about this gym and the owner response is “peak times”. When is not a peak time? It’s rough at 10,2,5,7,9. The evening is unusable just avoid it. And even if they are extra crowded after work you would think at some point the management realizes it’s over crowded and stops letting people in and move into a one in one out situation. Fall, miserable, early winter, miserable, January February unusable.
We tried many gyms when moving into town and picked this one based on location.
It’s not worth it. Avoid at all costs.

customer service!!! He took his time to see what went on with my account. After leaving multiple messages before for the manager to call me back, I never received a phone call. Until I didn't pay then got a call from the higher up asking about my payment. Once explained to them I still didn't get anywhere. Was told they would reach out and speak with the manager about my free months for the referells that I sent there. I love crunch, however the customer service with "some" not all is horrible. Hopefully this issue can be resolved, so that I can return soon. I got 4 people to join, and didn't receive a single month free...
