I go to the gym 5 day a week.I will say the equipment is never cleaned and its nasty.The trash is full and the water bottles and paper towel and always empty. I will be moving my membership to a new location.I would not recommend them to anyone. This is the Decatur Location just off the Beltline.

This is THE BEST gym! The environment is very chill. The employees here are so knowledgeable & so very helpful. I really actually enjoy coming to the gym bc they make you feel welcomed & comfortable & they are all so friendly & polite. Its not just "a job" for them. Two of the trainers that I personally used, Sawyer & JR, they are amazing!! They push you & motivate you & you can tell that they really do care about helping to get you to your goals. & Justin at the front desk is WONDERFUL, he is so kind & so helpful with any issues or questions that you may have. Even the other members of the gym are great! The atmosphere is the complete opposite of "intimidating" especially for a beginner like myself. All of the equipment & facilities are kept clean & if you ever have a question about one of the machines they are all so eager to help. 10/10 for this place. ❤️ #lovecrunch

Gym is new and nice but very quiet. Def need to turn music up. For the two hours we were here the employees sat behind counter on phones playing games, most of the cleaning spray bottles were empty, paper towel dispensers empty and the women’s locker room was ick. Two stalls without toilet paper the whole time, one toilet paper dispenser was broken flipped around and barely hanging on the wall, one toilet clogged so only one stall available. My bf said the men’s locker room wasn’t any better and one stall had feces all over a toilet. Said something but it went in one ear and out the other and he continued to sit on the stool and play on his phone.

One of the 1st 500 to sign up for a membership when they opened and been a member ever since. It's highly annoying to show up @540pm on a Sunday and be told that the tanning beds etc are closed already. Then why advertise that they're open till 6pm?! I understand wanting to get out of there @ 6pm promptly, but with 20 min to spare, I dont see the issue and customers should be priority. Might have to consider switching.

After being members 4 years it may be time to leave. We recently relocated to this area 4 months ago. The sauna is nothing but a pig pen. I have spoke with staff numerous times. Asked to have manager reach out to me….. nothing. Ran into the manager and he said he was aware of the problem and yet it is still filthy. He met with several of us to discuss the issue and that it would be resolved. Came back the next day and it still had not been cleaned. How can it be so nasty, I mean disgusting? Yet staff can always be found sitting at the desk engrossed in their phone. Maybe clients don’t matter?

I joined this gym temporary on April 3. I was told if I cancelled before the end of the month, I would not be charged. I cancelled in person and sighed paper work on April 17th. May 5th rolls around and I'm charged again on my credit card. This gym said there was nothing they could do. Basically robbing me of $17. I' ll never step foot in this gym again.

But all workers callum Sawyer everyone including other people working out have made me feel welcome to ease my worries I may be slowest person in there but I will give it my all each time and will be a success story that you dont hear about often without medical help. My trainer, Shanda Marie, took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and put together a great training plan. Shanda Marie encouraged me during my training, made me feel comfortable in the gym (this was the first gym I’ve ever joined!), and gave me a plan that allowed me to meet my goals. I wish I could give a half star. They do not enforce clean your machine rules and every time I went in there I got sick, as I was the only person in the entire place cleaning up after myself...That 's not the only reason. Management AWFUL, I down graded my membership to basic, was overcharged 25.00 on my next month. Cancelled and called over 10 times to get a refund for the overcharge and 6 months later - NO REFUND. Tired of wasting my time calling them.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I DEFINITELY WOULD! Before getting a membership here, I ASKED SPECIFIC QUESTIONS 1. Is memberships based upon contract & is it strictly autopay? The representative of Crunch replied VERBATIM “NO, YOU CAN CANCEL AT ANY TIME & WE HAVE DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS- AUTOPAY IS AN OPTION.”

I then replied, “I WOULD GET THE MEMBERSHIP BUT I DO NOT WANT MY CARD IN FILE FOR AUTOPAY!” That was the agreement. They in fact had me in a contract and in autopay!!!!! After seeing they had me on autopay, I stopped going and cancelled the membership. Atleast to my knowledge was cancelled but wasn’t actually cancelled. Now they’ve sent it to collections. I joined a year ago and everything was great. But over time the place has gone down. Dust bunnies around equipment. Mold growing on curtains in the showers. Locker room floor is dirty. Equipment stays broken and all the staff does is sit at the front and talk. Plus they shut down one week for the ice storm when other gyms like DAC were open. Good luck but I'm out.

My husband and I are really happy to be attending training sessions in this well-equipped gym. Crunch has everything a person could want to get into good physical condition. I opted for a personal trainer, and I’m glad I did. Lavon has proven to be incredibly effective and knowledgeable in terms of working with me two sessions a week. He goes the extra mile with his training. He patiently explains every exercise and how it will affect me, and he performs the exercise along with me and gives me encouragement every step of the way.
