I am staying here in Demopolis for a few months and Drew got me right in and gave me a very reasonable rate so I could continue going to the gym while I am here . I appreciate the atmosphere in the gym while I am working out . Everyone has been respectful while I have been in the gym working out . I have no complaints!

I'm visiting from DFW Texas for a month and found this gym on Google Maps. I called and spoke with the owner Drew about my situation. He worked out a great deal for me, I cash app'd him and I'm all set to get back to my routine. This gym has everything I need to get a great workout in... much more equipment than I expected! I highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area of Demopolis, especially people who are traveling. The gym is clean, and there's cleaning spray and wipes to wipe the equipment down, the bathroom is clean and supplied with tissue, soap and towels/hand dryer. Thank you so much Drew for showing me your southern hospitality... this will be my goto gym everytime I visit my relatives in the Demopolis area. 😍😍😍

My husband and I started going to this gym a few months ago. I love that it's open 24/7 so we can go at any time. Highly recommend this gym if you are in town or just moving here and looking for a good place to go workout. Has separate cardio and weight sections with plenty of different pieces of equipment for whatever you're looking for.

I came into town for a nephews birthday party and needed somewhere to lift so I could try my best to stay on my routine. I text the owner and he was pretty much like oh yeah shoot me the payment via cash app and your good. It was very easy and non stressful! Highly recommend!!!

I was in town for a couple of days, and my wife and I needed a place to workout. They offer 1-Day passes for a very reasonable price. This gym was awesome, has all the equipment you need and the people are really nice as well. If you're ever in Demopolis and need a place to workout, I absolutely recommend this gym. The owner Drew was super chill and hospitable. I'll definitely be back to this gym next time I'm in town!

Went here today with my husband for the first time. I typically go to a different gym when I'm in town visiting my nana, but this will now be my go to gym. They have all the equipment necessary, clean, good atmosphere, a relatively large cardio area as well. The cable machine is smooth too, which is a plus. Thanks Drew for the hospitality!

I'm a truck driver. I called Demopolis Fitness and spoke with, Drew, the owner, and made arrangements with him to work out for the one and only time I would be in this town. If you get a chance to come thru here then stop at Demopolis Fitness. He was very accomidating. They have cardio, machines and free weights. It's a great place for a workout and your greeted with good old southern hospitality. I highly recommend it.

THIS GYM HAS EVERYTHING A BODY NEEDS!

I was in town for work and met the owner, who is a nice guy. He granted me a day pass, and I was impressed with the size of the gym and the amount of equipment. It was not crowded and played good music. It was the highlight of my Demopolis visit.

I was in town for work and needed a place to work out. Called the number and was able to speak to who I assume was the owner. Allowed me to access the place after the staff had left (as that's the only time my schedule permitted). Great, old school feel in there. I'm a big fan of gyms that are basic in their construct, no flashy BS. Awesome experience.
