Members here are great and nice, its a clean gym where staff and members are respectful and takes care of the equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even some members will help newbies to learn things and be comfortable here.

WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY
Gym is fine but they refuse to actually cancel your payments after you request it when you want to stop going to the gym! I had to go to the bank and file a claim and get a hold put on my card specifically for them.

My wife and I trained here while we were in town working Talladega. The owner Cooper was awesome and hooked as up with 24 hour access since our work schedule didn’t fit the weekend hours. It’s a real hardcore gym with great old school equipment! I highly recommend anyone in the Oxford AL area train here!

It was a good gym, until I tried to cancel my membership and was ignored the first message then started getting collection mail from it. Then messaged the owner again and got called names for no reason.

Good equipment selection. The gym members are great. The owner of the gym is also super nice and very helpful. There is also a women's only side of the gym for all the ladies who don't want to workout around a bunch of sweaty dudes.
