It was a regular fitness gym and most of the people were friendly being in a small town. Some of the equipment looked very used.

Iβve been coming to this gym for years and it is absolutely incredible! Tammy is amazing and even helped me in my journey of becoming a personal trainer. It is a friendly-family gym and everyone that trains there has become family! Highly recommend for people looking for a good gym and for someone to help you get and stay healthy!!!

Rejoined a few weeks ago. Outstanding place, everything is clean, all the equipment is in good order , everyone is nice and eager to help if you need it. Tammy helped me with a workout for my knee, she is very informative and knowledgeable on what to do for target areas. Yall go by and see her and join up !!

Been coming to this gym since I was 16 so almost 10 years now. Itβs always been well kept up and Ms. Tammy does a great job just love her to death. Sheβs done great with keeping the place up to gym standards. Itβs got everything you need.

Iβve been a member at this gym for a while now, probably a couple years if I have it right. Every time I walk in Iβm greeted by the staff, and I always feel at home. Love this place, and Tammy has done a wonderful job with the upkeep and making sure her clients, as well as the other members, feel welcomed and taken care of.

Having used this gym for four years, I can confidently say that I cannot envision myself going anywhere else. I'm a member here at express. It's one of two 24 hour gyms in clanton. There's also American fitness in downtown but they will not update there equipment. Express is the better choice but they need a little maintenance themselves

I have been using this gym for around 4 years now and couldnβt imagine going to another gym. Everyone at the gym is super nice and everyone there will help any way they know how. I have been at express fitness gym going on 4 years now and am a certified personal trainer there /the atmosphere is family oriented and being 24/7 gym is very nice staff treats you good and made many new friends here I highly recommend it if you want a big roomy gym with tanning and smoothie bar and good people to workout with come on in check us out you will be glad you did!

This place is a joke. No reguard for other customers. Machines aren't wiped down. Too much joking and horseplay. Manager hasn't a clue. I have been at 3:00 pm in afternoon and as late as 8:00 pm at night and it has been the same. I cancelled memebership and still had to pay for a month. Beware....................Go somewhere else.

Good gym with a lot of space, definitely not cramped like most gyms. Has a good mix of free weights and machines. Also has two tanning beds(one is stand up) and a kids playroom. Does not require a contract and cheaper membership dues. Great place to workout.
