Foundational Fitness that focuses on Stabilization Exercises and Correcting Movement Patterns. This allows the body to improve its Strength and Performance at a faster rate while reducing the risk of injury. Fitness 300 also specializes in training individuals for indoor and outdoor events such as the Spartan DEKA and the Spartan Race obstacles courses.

This place changed how I think about working out.

I have always been pretty active in my life, but I had never joined any sort of gym because I always thought that it “wasn’t for me”. Once me and my girlfriend started coming here, I realized I was wrong. Both Teri and Dr. Porter were very welcoming and informative! The people here meet you where you’re at and encourage you to get where you want to be.

My work schedule is all over the place, but luckily for me there are classes almost every day of the week so I can usually at least make a couple. That being said, I would go every single day if my schedule would let me.

If you want to be around positive people who encourage each other to grow, then this is your place! Highly recommend.

Loved my first workout! I worked HARD and afterwards instead of being entirely burnt out I was energetic and focused! I tracked my heart rate, and hit zone 3 which… I never do on my own.
The people are also energetic and happy to be there. I’ll be back!

As a man in my 40s I am very picky about who I train with. I want to train intensely but mainly I want to avoid injury. The trainers are all knowledgeable, friendly, and motivating. Great camaraderie and encouragement from the other people in the classes. If you want to drop body fat, get faster, have more energy, and more endurance without risking injury this is the place to be.

I've been running Spartan Races for 10 years. These workouts are the perfect cross-training for any endurance athlete or for just the average person trying to maintain some baseline fitness. None of the movement are too difficult for any fitness level. However, it is the perfect environment to safely push yourself as hard as you would like. The trainers are great about correcting peoples' posture during movements and teaching correct form. HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone try it at least once.

Awesome community based gym! Great endurance/ strength/ and therapeutic training that is aimed to help you reach goals and have fun while doing it! After going through many classes I feel so much better physically than I did before training here!Definitely worth checking out!

I decided to get back in to shape and heard about this gym opening up. I just finished my 4th workout today and I can honestly say that I’m sold! All of the workouts are at your own pace so that you’re able to complete the entire thing. The owner is a chiropractor and if you’re unable to any of the movements they gladly come up with an alternative exercise for you so that you get the full body workout. This is great for all levels of current physical condition from young to older. 10/10
