I absolutely love this gym. Its been a huge life changer for me and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to join! The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, the "gym community" is incredibly helpful as far as tips, advice, and spotting if needed. Here's what I looked like at the start vs now!! (5months in!)

Hello everyone - I travel a lot between California and Georgia and where some people would take the opportunity to go bar hopping or sight seeing I go gym hopping - and this place is by far the nicest, friendliest, cleanest “small” gym with great equipment and a great workout atmosphere - not to mention best showers of ANY gym I’ve been to - so so happy I was able to visit - my home gym is the new Golds in Victoria Gardens Rancho Cucamonga in California and Freedom Fitness in Alabama is the Golds Gym of small gyms - thanks again for the visit I will be planning my trips accordingly in order to visit again - LittleWing Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Indians

The gym is always neat and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with equipment availability like I have in other facilities. It seems that all of the common frustrations with other gyms were thought of and addressed so that they wouldn't be an issue here. I can't recommend Freedom Fitness enough! Great, great gym!
