Small town, small gym. It’s bare bones. He has what you need to pack on the muscle or lose the fat. Yeah, janitorial duties are lacking and a shower would be nice. But it is what it is.

I wanted to write an honest review in hopes that the owners will make some changes to the establishment. I have been to many gyms in my life time and this one is one of the worst kept gyms I’ve ever used. The convenience is wonderful, but the shape of the gym is truly lacking. A weight re-rack policy is not enforced, so it can be dangerous to walk around in the gym and rude customers that blast their music very loudly on the in-house speaker. The gym is also extremely unsanitary. I decided against posting photos, but I just refused to use the bathrooms because they were so unsanitary and couldn’t imagine tanning. Floors are never swept and mirrors never wiped down. Broken down equipment that is never repaired. I canceled my membership because I got tired of paying $30 for a dirty fitness room. I would love to try the gym again and hope these things are fixed. Loved doing my 4AMs here, and may reestablish only for that.

Very convenient for us to go here. Very quiet atmosphere. We divide our time between here and another gym close by. Good addition to the city of Carbon Hill!

Found this place to be very professional, has a great atmosphere. Lighting is on point for my mirror selfies. I love the 24/7 keypad feature so you can enter at anytime especially after that midnight snack run.

Not very professional with potential clients. I called the number associated with the business as found on Google and it went to voicemail on a personal cell phone. I received a call back from another number associated with the owners and all I heard was multiple people talking before the call was disconnected. You would assume since they are a new business they would want to answer calls professionally and promptly in order to get new customers. First impressions mean a lot. Maybe they don't want clients.
