Where to go here...the basics: Caleb is very knowledgeable not only at how to maximize effort, but also how to keep the work going by minimizing injury. But, more than that, he is a guy that can really get to the bottom of what you want. He isn't interested in sticking you into a mold for himself; it's about you and your goals. A good trainer but moreso, a great man. So get up and let's go!

I have had the pleasure of training with Caleb for several years now! Starting in Tampa,FL and now online since his move to Alabama! He really listens to what your goals are and is very knowledgeable in all things fitness! He also has helped quite a bit with figuring out causes of my aches and pains as well as putting together workouts to correct them!! Alabama is lucky to have such an awesome trainer/gym!!! Caleb is the best!!!

Caleb knows what he is doing! His approach works! I have tried countless programs with none giving any real results. We all expect to lose weight and gain muscle instantly and thatβs something you come to learn will never happen and if it does itβs not healthy. You learn you will lose a few pounds a week while gaining muscle if youβre properly eating and working out. Small losses and gains over time. I was always disappointed in anything I had ever tried so you can say I was feeling the same way especially with my injuries but what would you know it. In a week or two I actually saw progress on the scale and felt better. I think the best part was how Caleb cared for my injuries and making sure I was stretched after workouts. His understanding in that area impressed me because I have let others know this before and NOONE has ever made sure to check on me. As well as modifications to help with my injuries. If youβre looking for a full planned workout from exercises to nutrition and care then this is the place for you and Caleb is your guy.
