Welcome to GPG! My name is Garrett, and my mission is to help you find more enjoyment in the game of golf through instruction. As a Certified PGA Professional with over 10 years of experience, I understand how complicated this game can be, so my view on the golf swing is simple and concise. I do not believe complex or confusing language, but I also am not a fan of a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Students vary physically and mentally from lesson to lesson, so it makes sense that my job needs to cater to the way you learn and the way you operate. With a myriad of tools at our disposal (such as Foresight launch monitors, training aids, and Swing Catalyst video systems), there is simply no way you will not achieve your goals this year!

Great instructor! I've usually struggled with the "feel" required to execute swing concepts; I know what I'm supposed to do, but don't feel the proper mechanic during the momentary swing process. I think Garrett's greatest skill is communicating swing concepts in a way that I actually understand how to execute the skill. In the last 18 months of working with him, I've dropped from an 18- to a 12-handicap.

Garrett is a great teacher and I highly recommend him for any golfer looking to improve their overall game! His approach to instruction is to get you to swing within your physical capabilities and not to try and make you swing a certain way. This has been applied to the full swing, short game and putting.
